If you have high arch- might not work for,you. Sadly, I will be returning these cuties.

I can’t give this beautiful blue Franco Sarto a true review on comfort bc it seemed a whole size too big. I’m normally a 5.5-6, this was a 6. I couldn’t walk in them without my heels lifting completely out of the shoes. Extremely bummed I couldn’t get the right fit in these. They were among my favorites forever! ?

I really wanted to be able to wear these shoes. They are so cute with the tassels and the color is spot on. Unfortunately the shoe style just didn't fit my foot. I got my usual size 8 and my toes felt pinched by the narrow-ish toe area while my heel slipped out the back. The style of this brand sadly seems long and narrow and doesn't fit me. I returned them as I didn't think a different size would really make a difference. Bummer!

This is a hard review to nick some stars on. I want to give it 5 stars all the way. And I could if these shoes didn’t swim on me. I’m a 9 every minute of my life- except Franco Sarto. These are big. I’m wearing the heaviest gauge knit sock I can’t find and they are still unbelievably large. They flop. They are so nice. I get so many compliments. The burgundy color is so classy. The gold accent above the heel is an elegant touch. I’d buy these again, just a size down.

I really wanted to keep these shoes, so cute. The toe bed was a little too narrow for me.

Usually wear an 8. Tried 8, 7 1/2 & 7. Ended up keeping the size 7. Cute and stylish, not super comfortable, hoping they’ll break in more.

I really loved this shoe but sadly am returning it. Although the fit was good for the ball and arch of my foot, the shoe didn't fit me in the heel. My heel slid out of the shoe with every step I took. Maybe it's unique to my foot, and I hope others have better luck with it!

I am so disappointed in these shoes. They are so great looking, perfect for fall, and should have been super comfortable with the big rubber soles, right? Unfortunately they just didn't work for me. I usually wear a 9M, and these were way too wide in the heel and too narrow through the widest part of the foot. I tried every type of insert, heel grip, etc. and still couldn't make it work. The patent is also very stiff. Great looking shoe but needs better execution!

I really loved these shoes but had to return them. They were too wide in the heal and kept slipping off. They were great looking and if I just stood in them and didn't have to walk in them, they would have been perfect! It took me a few days to decide they simply did not fit in the heal. I wear an 11 medium which is my true size.

As beautiful as these are, I needed a half size smaller, and they don't make these in that increment.

The shoes do not bend. When you walk, the shoe stays hard and flat and does not flex. beautiful shoe, tried three sizes as they run big and in the end they were a full size too large so that got rectified, but the shoe is hard and does not flex AT ALL.

This shoe makes a statement! Stylish. Not too bold. I just wish it was a bit more snug. I wear a 5 and it feels a tad big. Hopefully with socks it will be better.

Bought these shoes to change into after working in heels all day . Nice enough to wear on my sales floor in a pinch !

Beautiful shoe - just overall to to wide - heel to toe. Had to return. Too bad, as it was just what I wanted.

This shoes fits like size 11 for a size 10. It runs large.

I love this shoe but echo other reviewers in that the heel was incredibly wide. I’m normally a 10.5 but have worn FS 11’s in the past, especially this loafer style. I was surprised by how much longer this shoe was and there was no adjusting for the heel width. I’m going to try a whole size down.

I really like the way these shoes look and re-ordered one size down for a better fit. The problem is that they have little arch support and the insert inside the shoe is stationary. The arch cannot be built up to fit my foot. So, I have to return them.

I gave a 1-star comfort rating because I could barely get my foot into these! They are so cute but run waaaaayyyy small!

My heel is narrow and it slipped on these shoes. I have a wide forefoot with bunions and it fit great in the width. I'm afraid a smaller size would be too narrow.

Sizing is very, very off. Very nice design, though.

Does not feel true to size. Width is good (wide) but too big and heel is wide.
