These are fantastic lifters at a great price compared to other popular styles. Great construction and feel solid underfoot during lifts! For women wondering about size: go 1.5 sizes down to get a perfect fit. I wear a 9 in all of my athletic shoes, and a 7.5 in these works perfectly. Zappos makes it easy to exchange if needed, which is why I bought them here!

Just the perfect sized heel for squats and weightlifting. Quality is amazing....look like they will last a very long time. Takes a few goes to get used to after using soft sneakers for years. Gives you a really solid base and sets up a nice straight posture for your heavy squats. Strong recommendations from me!

These powerperfect weight lifting shoes are a huge improvement and upgrade to my other ADIDAS pair. These are sturdy and supportive that I can only move in one direction and for squats it's exactly where I need to go, up and down Nd a great confidence booster in practicing good form
