Comfortable and stiff, they make you feel more attached to the ground.

They are stylish and super comfy. I always worry with lifting shoes and them standing out to much in the gym but the colours are perfect.

1st our if lifters. They help with my lifts and squats as I have poor ankle mobility

I bought the trainers for my daughter as they were recommended for people with flat feet who do weight training. My daughter says she has noticed a real difference wearing them when she is doing squats and deadlifts.

Great lifting shoes, they hit the perfect balance between comfort and functionality! They also look the part in the gym with the retro black and white colour way. Couldn't recommend enough.

The weight of the shoes and firmness helps to provide a stable base when squatting. Fit was definitely small though and I had to size up 1 from my regular size
