I've been lifting for the last two years in running trainers, recently the trainers had impacted my posture to the point I couldn't squat properly. I ordered these and they totally changed my workout. My posture was better, it was easier to achieve good technique, and could lift more. I particularly struggle with tight hamstrings and these really helped. Visually these shoes are fantastic. They're also incredibly comfortable, no blisters or pain after a 2 and half hour workout without wearing them in.

These are very comfy and are well designed for weight training. They feel study and allow you to drive power through your heels properly when you're doing compound movements.

Good tight sizing, Velcro strap will go as tight as you like, some grip is perfect for gym flooring.
