This is an updated version of the sandal I've been wearing for a decade or more. I keep buying them because the shoe is very comfortable, good quality and looks great. The new version is not as elegant looking and the sole is not as comfortable as the previous version but it is still a good shoe.

I always adjust my typical size down at least a half size in Clarks, and I did this time too, but the length was at least two inches past my toes, so it appears I need to go down a size and a half, or 2 full sizes, for this shoe to fit. Hard to evaluate the comfort or arch support since it didn't fit right. I've ordered in a smaller size, hope that one works.

I have a similar style in clarks lucena the last few years in multiple colors. was so excited to see them in white. Unfortunately, they were very uncomfortable. Bought 2 sizes in case. Unfortunately, they are both going back. thank you zappos for free shipping and returns

I feel like they run a little big and the straps have very little adjust-ability. Going to exchange for the smaller half size.

Very comfortable and the top of the shoebis nice. The black sole, however, dominates.

Purchased 3 pair of these beautiful shoes, but each pair had one shoe that was longer than the other. I sent all of them back. The return process was easy and went through flawlessly.

This shoe should have been a winner. Great color, nice fit BUT the strap was insufficient for any variation at all. Right shoe was fine. Left shoe/strap would not close. Thank you, Zappos, for returns.

I was so ready to love these sandals based on the reviews that I ordered them in two different colors. They felt a little big at first but I was able to tighten them with the velcro closures. The "feel" of the soft upper leather was heavenly and they looked stylish. It was the bottoms that did not fit right. They were cushiony enough but the arch hit at the wrong spot for my foot and it was a deal breaker. Sorry to say they are going back!

The shoe is so cute - but unfortunately was too narrow for my wide foot. Usually "wide" fits...

This is a cute shoe but the velcro straps are very short and barely closed over my foot so I had to return them

Runs Large a full half size. Ordered size 9 and returned for 8 1/2 which fits great.

For my foot, I had to order a half size smaller. I ended up returning them, however, because the side straps came up too high over my ankle. I have had these sandals before, in the pewter, and wore them constantly as my "go to" shoe.

I really wanted to like these, but the fit was way off. I ordered my usual 7 1/2 and they felt almost a whole size larger. They also exposed my bunion, which I was trying to cover up. Unfortunately I had to return them.

There is not nearly enough Velcro on these shoes to adjust the width. I can barely get the straps fastened and then the shoes feel too tight. Dear Clark's shoes, please add more velcro!

I ordered a 1/2 size down after reading the reviews for this sandal but they were still too long. Also, I thought the toe area of the footbed was overly wide & clunky looking.

I have two other pairs of this style, previously marked "Clarks Artisan" which are WAY more comfortable. The two pairs I have are Medium width, the new pairs I ordered size 10 Wide but yet they are no more wide than my previous Mediums. These new ones are also more stiff-feeling and the white pair squeaks with every step....! I looked that up and discovered the squeaks are often a sign of poor workmanship on the inner sole layers. I'm so disappointed since these have been my favorites, looks like Clarks is decreasing their quality maybe hired them out to be produced elsewhere? And if the wide width is no more wide than the previous medium width, I wonder how narrow the medium width would be! I am shipping both pairs back.

These sandals were not for me. I usually wear Alegria and Vionic because of the excellent arch support. These had little to no arch support. I was also unable to adjust the hook and loop to get a tight enough fit. Just not for me.

I really wanted to love these. The cushioning is wonderfully soft and so is the leather BUT my feet lean inward due to lack of arch support.

Unfortunately had to return these. They felt like they had great padding and comfort in the footbed, but the heel cup threw my feet inwards and there is no arch support at all. I'm not sure what kind of feet would work with these, but I definitely couldn't wear them. The leather is soft and they adjust well...just can't walk in them.

I love the design of these, but the back is not adjustable at all - the Velcro bit is really just for show apparently. The back strap was way too long for me. Bummer because they are cute sandals. I even tried putting in an extra twist to the top strap to shorten it, but it was still too long.

The material on this sandal was wonderful and I really liked that and the look of them when I took them out of the box. After wearing them around the house off and on for a week though, I sent them back because my feet did not feel quite right in them. When I got them adjusted tight enough in the back, there was still too much room in the front and the strap over the top of the foot was not comfortable, even after trying several adjustments. Nice sandal, just didn't work for my foot.

Disappointing

These are very pretty sandals. Sadly they are way too wide and a little long. I will need to return them. Not sure yet if I will try them in a smaller size.

These were just okay. I thought they weren't very stylish. They fit true to size. And they were comfortable.
