I wear a 9.5m (measured by a foot pro), ordered a 9.5, and they fit spot on. Hook and loop fasteners at across the ball of the foot didn't allow for a whole lot of adjusting, and unfortunately the fasteners for the heel strap didn't allow me to make these fit tight enough to hold them on my foot. They are attractive and flattering for my "mature" feet, hit the baby bunion in just the right spot, and the leather is nice and soft. So disappointed I can't keep them, but again, if you've got skinny heels, you probably won't be able to adjust them for a good fit.

These shoes are super comfortable and feel like a could walk 10 miles in them with no problems. I have bunions and very troublesome feet and these are perfect for that. I normally we a 6.5W or 7W so i ordered both. The 6.5 was too "long" for my feet. I also did not care for the nude leather color. I will be returning these for a 6W in a different color. I think I'm going to love these shoes once I get the right size. The leather is soft and comfortable but the shoe bed is unusual long. I bought an 8, was too long so I got a 7 1/2 still too long so I'm waiting for the 7.

These sandals are beautiful and the leather is buttery soft. Unfortunately there is no arch support. That makes them uncomfortable. I’m not sure if I’ll keep them for that reason.

Very comfortable and easy to walk in. The straps on the top are soft so they don't scrape the sensitive skin on the top of my feet like some other sandals do. I ordered these in 2 more colors after wearing them for a while.

I love these. I had them for years and finally had to replace them. They run bigger than I remember (1/2-1 size) but still seem well-made and super comfy. And I love the style.

Liked this sandal and it was soft and comfortable. But am 75 with arthritic feet and balance problems. Unfortunately it was not substantial enough for someone with my problems. (Which is why it's so pretty!)

I almost loved this shoe - it looks strange in the pics, but decided to give it a try. On the foot, it kind of looks like a Teva sandal, but dressed up. Better in person! For me, the shoe was comfortable except for the heel cup, which was oddly narrow. This is not a fit problem I usually have, so I was a bit disappointed as I loved the shoe otherwise.

These sandals are so comfortable I can walk in them all day and never think about my feet. One outstanding feature is that there are 2 adjustable straps, one near the ankle and one near the toe. The straps are secured with velcro. The arch support is better? than most sandals. The design is a bit fussy for me because I'm usually more tailored, but I do enjoy wearing them.

I have the previous version of this sandal, from several years ago, and it's been my bunion-friendly favorite. The straps are so soft. I usually need a wide shoe, but the 7M fit me fine because of the way the straps don't hit my bunions. So, I ordered a new pair in the same size, in the pewter color. The color is nice but the fit is not. They are too long and the straps fit me but the style has been changed, so the adjustable straps are much shorter than on my original pair. Not only is there no extra, to give more room on a hot day, but the velcro actually shows where the strap tab is not long enough to cover it. So I ordered a 6.5 wide thinking that in the wider width, the strap might be a bit longer. Surprise -- the 6.5 is exactly the same as the 7, the soles match up exactly in length and-- hmmm-- width (this is supposed to be a wide) -- and my foot does not fit in, because the W sandal is narrower than the M width. Pretty disappointing, I might try ordering a 6W becasuse Zappo's is so wonderful. I have a problem fitting, and for every 8 or so pairs I order, I only get one I can wear. I never buy shoes anywhere but Zappos's because they are the best..

Liked the look of the shoe but it was way too long, and I have had other shoes from this brand and they were fine. Exchanged it for the next size smaller and it was fine although a tad on the long side - didn't want to go any smaller

I usually wear an 8 1/2 wide. This wide was narrow and rubbed my little toes. The top strap was very loose and did not lay flat. Nice looking sandal but not a good fit for me,

I first ordered what I thought was my usual size 9w but reordered in 8 1/2 w. Foot bed still a little long in front of the toes but overall these are very comfy sandals. The soft twists of leather feel good next to my skin, no rubbing.

I wish Clark’s made a WW or E width. The D is just a smidge less than I’d like. However, the shoes are super-comfy and the leather straps may even slack up a bit with wear. Even though they’re velcroed “at the limit” you can’t tell on the black straps, so I decided to keep. Darned cute!

I usually wear a narrow shoe and was hoping I could adjust this one to fit. However, the straps were still too loose when I adjusted the straps as tight as I could. The foot bed and straps are very comfortable and it looks really cute on. Just didn't fit me. I wish it came in a narrow.

I normally wear a 9 narrow but I ordered these hoping they would fit. They are very soft and comfortable but the top strap gaps on my foot. My foot is too flat and they don't work. If you have a narrow foot that is not real flat it might work for you. Clarks are great and they are one of the few companies that carry narrow shoes, but not in this style.

Unfortunately does not work for me due to ankle issues, but it is a lovely sandal. The straps are very soft and thePewter Metallic Leather looks nice and harmonizes with many colors.

A pretty sandal that makes my wide width look narrow. The positioning of the straps is responsible for that illusion! You can adjust the front and ankle velcro backed straps easily. Great sale price and fast delivery!

Look great, but run big

The fit was ok, except for the strap across the ankle. I returned them though because I thought they looked "clunky."

I purchased the metallic color. They fit true to size and width. If you are on the wide side of medium you may wish to go to the wide width. The shoes look great and are very comfortable.

Very cute sandal! It fit true to size but it hurt my toe on one foot (which probably has to do with my feet, not the sandal). I would recommend them even though I had to return due to the rubbing on my toe.

First of all this shoe is very comfortable. The leather is super soft, and the cushioning is great. These are the reasons why I'm keeping them, since my current 2 white sandals are 1) almost destroyed and 2) uncomfortable. I'd say it runs about 1/2 too long...but if you have a wider foot or with a high instep, you'll have to live with it being a bit long, or the strap velcro on the top won't reach for closure. The combination of colors is my least favorite thing about this shoe. The white leather is fine, but the fabric is grey and the sole is black. That combination makes the sandals look weird, and while the white itself is pretty, the grey/black combo uglifies the whole thing. They should have stuck with black/black or grey/grey. Or even better brown/brown.

This sandal is very attractive and comfortable. Ordered a size 9, as usual, but the 9's are a bit too long, though they easily accommodate my wider-than-average feet. I'm returning because I'd like to have a bit more arch support. It's hard to let them go!
