I use mine for hiking, rucking, work. They are comfortable, i can actually stay in them for hours on end. In the current climate i'm in sweat is an issue, These breath nicely. Over all I've almost worn them out both pair. So need to get some new ones. Only 1 minor issue i'd like, to see changed is no pull tab on the back for more rapid way of pulling them on.

Great tactical or hiking boot, easy to get on and off. This is not a heavy boot, and its comfort level is right up there with my best sneakers or causal shoes.

I bought the low boots and loved it. Bought 2 pairs for me and my husband to use during winter time. True to size and very comfortable. Recommend!

These are the best tac boots I have had. I have had different kinds of tac boots over the years and these are the best. They fit as described, are extremely comfortable and are reasonably priced. I will be buying these again.

Having worn tactical boots for the better part of 7 years, I have become very picky with what I'm looking for when I make my purchases. When I bought my first pair of Merrell Tactical boots I went with one that didn't feature a side zipper because past experiences with other brands turned me away from that feature. Fast forward a couple of years and I needed a pair of black boots for my new job so I purchased a pair of these. Have to say that, even though I own 6 pairs of various styles of Merrell shoes, boots, and sandals, I was pleasantly surprised by these boots. Been wearing them for a few weeks and they have broken in exactly the way I have come to expect from Merrell Tactical boots and they are comfortable. I am completely sold on the side zip feature because they are very rugged and well made.

I've had just about every boot you can name in my 21yrs. This is the most comfortable one by far. In the last 100 days, I have been putting in a lot of 16 hour days(somewhere around 70) These boots are as comfortable at hour 16 as they are at hour 1. My only complaint is that wish it had a loop at the top, rear to assist putting them on.

This is one of the most comfortable work boots i ever owned. They wear like sneakers, but still feel like they protect your feet. I spend way too many hours at work, so good boots are key. These dont disappoint. It didnt take me a week to break them. I received them, put them on and good to go. Definitly worth the investment.

I've done landscaping/mowing since 2003 and have been through so many pairs of boots I lost track. I've had Danners, Keen, Timberland and many more. I'm very, very rough on boots and I've had these for 4 weeks now and they've been through everything from downpours to well over 400k steps and feet have been dry and comfortable the entire time! No break-in period, waterproof, feet don't get hot, good traction and soles are holding up well. ZERO issues with these boots and are my favorite boots I've owned.

I am a 20 year firefighter medic. I have really enjoyed these boots so far. They are super comfortable and fit just about perfect. They are a little bit tough to get on in a hurry, but no more difficult than any other brand of boots that are 8 inch. They are light and breathable. They don't feel like I have cinder blocks on my feet like some. I have issues sometime with my feet and these have helped a great deal with that. As for durability, it is too early to tell. They appear to be solid and well built. Bought them because I have another pair of Merrells that I wear when off duty. I like them a lot as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Being an AKA amputee, it is extremely difficult for me to find a shoe or boot that I can comfortable wear without making modifications to the insole and continue to have a productive and active life. A live of running, hiking and just working and being in the outdoors.
My Merrell Agility Peak Tactical Shoe, Moab 2 Mid, and Yokota Mid, and the Moab 2 Tactical have been my best footwear purchase ever.

Great support, stability, comfort. Lacing + zipper is game changer for tall boots. Definitely increased the endurance of my feet & legs.

I am a person who can feel how comfortable a sho is pretty quick and these are great! now after wearing them a couple of weeks they are still comfy! will be buying more! the only negative is there is no loop on the back to help pull them on.

the boot was wide enough for my wide feet. I normally wear altras but I needed something high. The wide was great because it let my toes move. Very comfortable also for a big boot, tough enough on all sides but felt more like a big shoe than a full boot. Highly recommend.

I am a 16 year veteran of the US Army. In the sand I wore(R) boots. I was given these tactical boots as a gift. I appreciate them for the support and stability they provide. They were very comfortable right out of the box. Now I am purchasing a second pair so I am able to rotate wearing them. I would have to say these boots are very comparable to the ones I wore in the service. Due to my career as an Airborne Ranger, I do have some back issues. These boots provide me with great back support and the rolled heels are for walking without the pressure of a flat heel. Thank you for your outstanding product. US Army JB

Husband wore this boot to repair our home, sanding under eaves; doing yard work, shoveling cinder and dirt. He loves the boot's fit, comfort and especially the ease of putting on/taking off the boot with the zipper. He said it reminds him of his army issued boot during Viet Nam, where they paid the hooch maids to sew a zipper on their boots.

So. I am a woman, 5' 4" and have always treated myself to a pair of moab merrells in the past. Fast forward years and because of lots of contributing factors, I now have bunions on both feet (not caused by my merrells). I needed comfortable waterproof boots (not hikers) that would accomodate my feet.
I did alot of searching online, but most boots I could find were either ugly or not a size small enough. :( I found these and with a history of loving merrells, I decided they were worth a try.
They came today and I LOVE THEM! I got the 7.5 wides (size chart says to order 7s..but the 7.5 fits beautifully!) plenty of width new out of the box, even for my beaten up feet! I expect them to hold up as the other merrells i got years ago always stood up.
They are light too! not heavy and clunky, but not soo light that they feel like nothing..
The ONLY quam I have is that they only come in solid black or solid tan...kinda reminds me of old people velcro shoes... I wish they came in more colors/color combinations. I have never been a fan of solid one color boots, BUT when it comes to my feet, ill deal with the color!

I've had these boots for a few weeks now and really like them. They were comfortable right out of the box. I have bad arthritis in both feet, so my feet are very sensitive to any discomfort, but so far there hasn't been any. They are only going to get more comfortable as time goes on. We'll made, solid lace system, and I really appreciate the side zipper that makes getting them on and off a whole lot easier. I wish we would have had these boots when I was in the Marines many decades ago - I probably wouldn't have the arthritis I do now.

Please please please please please please make this exact boot with a composite toe... Nobody in the service or a job with heavy machinery should be allowed to wear these without a composite or steel toe insert.... that being said I am sure everyone would own these if the composite toe were to be inserted... you make very comfortable boots.

I've purchased the Moab 2 coyote boots and I too am in the corrections sector. What I did was, I also purchased a can of scotch guard, I sprayed my boots down let them dry and no problems since then. It's with just about all my boots that claimed waterproof. Get scotch guard spray them down and wear them to your satisfaction. That's what I do I'm not sure what else matters with you guys. They're still as comfortable as I bought them. Hope that helped. If not I don't know what else to say. Take care of your feet first responders and Corrections. Thanks for your service

I have spinal nerve damage which makes walking difficult. These boots are GREAT, though, because they give me all the comfort and support I need to keep mobile. In fact, after wearing these for awhile, I ordered a second pair in a different color.
They're comfortable and feel like I'm wearing sneakers. These are the ONLY shoes I can wear all day in total comfort. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have planters and it's very hard to find rugged footwear that doesn't hurt my sensitive feet. I'm also 60 so easy to put on shoes is a plus. These boots are not only comfy but the zipper makes them a snap to wear.
GREAT JOB KIDS!
