Comfortable, lightweight, quick dry. Rides up a bit if sitting for a bit.

They run very small, but they are very versatile.

Shorts fit well, but they seem to run a little smaller than some of their other shorts. I have only washed them once and haven't worn them out yet. I'm hoping they will meet my expectations.

Would love these if they offered the 3 inch inseam. Otherwise very nice

These are great shorts but wish they had a zipper pocket in the back. Stretch waist band allows for great movement. Wish they would put the waist band of these shorts on the coral point shorts.

Comfortable, waist band provides nice support, great for every day leisure, nice deep pockets, form fitting. The material seems heavy for hot days but I've only worn in cool weather

I have a couple of the Anytime Skorts, so I thought the shorts would be equallty as flattering. While the Medium fit OK (I'm 5'4" and 145 lbs), they were a little too snug for my liking, especially with having no pockets in the back. I'm not a fan of visible panty lines, so I returned them. I think the Large would be too baggy.

The stitching on the waistband started coming out on my first pair of these, and Columbia kindly replaced them. The waistband is wide and comfortable, and the fit is spot on. They ride on or just below the natural waist, and the fabric is comfortable. Very versatile. I used them on a trip to Mexico and it was hot. A little hard to shimmy into the waistband after swimming at the beach -- the elastic tends to roll, but once on they are fantastic.

I should have noticed these weren't double lined. That's my only complaint. Totally my fault but overall they fit well and don't ride up while hiking.

I really like these shorts. I can wear them casually or for golf. The waistband is tight but should be worn lower over the hips/pelvis, not at the waist, so they are very comfortable. They look good with a shirt tucked in or out. I am a small person, 5'3", 100 lbs and ordered an XS.

I like the material of these shorts. It may be that I should've sized up but I felt they were a little odd fitting on my body type. The rise is a little high for me and made the pockets bag out. Then whenever I put something in my pocket and take it out, the pocket doesn't stay put. I have to tuck it back in. Just kind of annoying.

I purchased these shorts to add to my summer camping clothes. The shorts run true to size, I usually wear an XS and they fit great. These shorts are stretchy, move easily with movement, light weight, and dries easily when wet.

Gave me a serious wedgie. Could be my build. Fabric and length are great, just too short a rise.

I am 5'2" and weigh 107 lbs. I ordered size Small in these shorts. I wish that they fit just a little looser in the rear! Decided not to keep them. Waist was OK.

I bought a size medium and they are a little snug. I always wear a medium do I'm surprised these are a bit too small. They are 7" but I really need 9". At 70 years old I would prefer a little more cover.

I liked the length. Fit was good but the pockets were not working for me. They weren't practical and they were like little wings on the hips. Adding little buttons or clips would've not only made the pockets practical but also kept the pockets in place. Sadly had to return this pair (but in the process found another pair of Columbia shorts same size but different design/cut which I just loved and bought those instead and they're now my fave). So you win some, you lose some.

The pants are definitely slimming but they make a raincoat like sound when walking and that's why I returned them.

I wanted these to fit so bad. I'm in between sizes and have a little tummy right now. They are not forgiving and will have to wait to purchase these when I've dropped a couple pounds.

Always love everything I get from Columbia! However found a rip in the seam of the crotch on only the second time I wore them. It didn't seem that I would've been able to rip them myself so must've been a loose seam. Great fitting, looking shorts otherwise. I'm sure I would not have had any trouble returning them, just not worth the effort at the time.

They pushed in at the waistband in the front as if the expectation is I have a completely flat stomach. They also make a swishy noise like wind pants. I feel like they are more the style of a person who typically wears Eddie Bauer, LL Bean, etc. Will be returning.

Why can't women's clothing be consistently sized like men's clothing. I bought shorts at a retail store, liked them, but they only had 1 color. So l ordered them on line, not the same 'style' name, but the chat lady assisted me in finding something very similar. I ordered, same size as the retail and they are too small.

I bought a medium and they were super tight and went up my butt crack. Very uncomfortable.

I really wanted to keep these. I ordered the medium and the large so I could cover all my bases. At first it seemed like the large was a good fit. It looked good, but when I began to walk, it pulled in an odd way, so I will be returning it. Please note, that the pockets are only in the back.

I didn't find the material comfy nor did I think the high waist was functional as it's too high on the waist and while I like high waisted bottoms this was too high and tight. The hips were even tighter, I guess I have a typical women's body. Material felt scratchy and not soft. I was very disappointed and have returned it. If you have any curves order a size up.

I was expecting a lighter fabric. These are very uncomfortable in my opinion and bc I thought maybe it was a fabric treatment making them feel stiff, I unfortunately washed them. Now, I am stuck with a pair of shorts I won't wear in hot weather. I wish they had a guarantee like some other outdoor wear stores have. I paid too much money for shorts that I'll never wear.
