Previous reviewer mentions the sound they make while wearing=true. Also, the seam down the middle of the front....not good. It makes a “toe”.

Shorts ran a bit small and make the old rain jacket noise when moving around in them. I ended up returning.

I really like the style of pull up shorts and pants. They provide more of a flattened waist appearance and are VERY comfortable. I have the pants and the shirts alike and love them.

These are a nice short. I like that the waist snugs in without the elastic look. I always have the waist gap issue which isn’t a problem with these. I read some reviews that complained about camel toe and swishing sound. This is not an issue if you remember that Columbia runs small. I am normally a size 6 and bought a medium, perfect fit. If I am being picky, I would like the leg opening slightly larger.

Shorts are very lightweight, extremely casual/difficult to dress up. They are pretty comfortable apart from their tendency to ride up on my inner thighs. Waistband elastic is wide and tends to fold over. Length is good (7”). Relaxed/loose fit. I bought both the black and the grey.

good quality, they fit small to me. I am typically a m/l but I needed an XL in these.

Super cute and comfy shorts. And that's saying a lot because I hate shorts. I'm trying to get my kids into hiking, so this was why I got these. I figured the stretchy flat waste would be great under a backpack waste belt, but it also makes the shorts generally more comfortable. The waste isn't that stretchy (like some other reviewers said), but I don't find that to be a problem.

These shorts work well for so many things. Comfortable for all-day wear. Wide elastic waistband keeps them in place, so there's no tugging or rearranging...they just move with you. Good for playing around in the yard or going to the store. The two different lengths are both great for me at 5'3". They come out of the wash looking brand new. They also air-dry quickly. I ordered more after I received the first two pair.

Can't say enough about the quality and craftsmanship that goes into Columbia's women's shorts. Almost my entire summer wardrobe consists of Columbia shorts - they are that good. Material and fit is excellent. I like that these are pull on shorts. They fit well in the waist. I have a similarly styled pair I bought last year, and I live in them. They are comfortable, and the leg length is perfect. Great short for riding my bike around town. They are fitted in the leg but not restrictive (I am a runner and cyclist and have muscular legs). Buy yourself at least one, if not two pairs of these. They are that good.

Bought in desperation for a hiking trip and couldnt be more pleased. Nice fit, good stretch, quick drying. Held up to 3 days of heavy backpacking and river kayaking and had to come online first chance I could to order more. I am a 10 in pants and size large fit perfectly.

the length and fit are great. very lightweight. just wish they were a touch thicker. depending on your underwear you can see lines

XS 5'3" 105 lbs. Fit great. Perfect for traveling in hot and humid climates.

Great shorts, true to size. Im 5'-4", 180 lbs. The length is long enough for no chub rub.

Great length for us older ladies. Played golf in them and extremely comfortable. 5'8" and size lrg as I've put on weight.

These are the most comfortable and flattering shorts ever, I wish I had found them sooner. I have the anytime casual skorts and have been looking for shorts as comfortable as they are so was thrilled to find these. The wide waste-band is great and the fabric is super comfortable and easy to move in, I hope they keep making these and add more colors and lengths.

Fit is true to size and color is so pretty. Pockets are deep enough for golf ball and this is what aI wear these for. Slightly loose fit and love the pull on style

I bought these to replace my Backbeauty line was discontinued. These shorts are comfortable and I like that they fit my waist and hips. I bought my usual size M and they fit perfectly. No pulling or riding up. The fabric will dry fast and is wicking. Great for the outdoors but I just wear them around too. I definitely will be getting another in black when it becomes available.
