I usually wear a Size 10.5, 4E width. The phaserbound comp toe work boot size 11, regular width fits snug enough to hold my foot, but not enough to have it fall asleep.

I've only been where in Merrills for about four months now , but they are some of the most comfortable shoes that I've had on my feet for work shoes and regular shoes, my feet don't bother me anymore, from my experience I'll give them a thumbs up and tell everybody about them that I know Thanks Don

These were a gift for my husband. He has trouble because of his wide foot and these fit great. He likes the style and has said they are very comfortable.

I decided to try Merrell's work boots. I'm not disappointed at all. Very well built, sturdy, comfortable, waterproof, relatively light. They are a bit more stiff than I'm used to, I've worn Merrell hiking boots to work for years, but these seem to be better suited for the heavy construction I do.

Boot's fit great your feet don't slide around but I would say they do need more arch support. Other than that great boots .

After years of wearing other work boots I'm really, really impressed with the comfort and weight in these boots. Assuming they last as long as my Merrell winter boots these are a great buy!

The boot is very comfortable fits well and stays waterproof for almost as long as the sole lasts which is a soft sole that feels good but does not hold up to rough terrain (rocks) like the vibram soles. But I would buy again as they are a great boot for the current price $$$

Comfortable out of the box. Black hooks at the top are a little fragile.

I have very "problem feet". The boots fit decently, seem durable and provide good overall support.

I purchased these a couple months ago after trying to find wide sizes that would fit. These fit great, are comfortable all day and are easy to take on and off. After wearing them all winter they seem to be waterproof so far. One big problem I have with them, since these are my winter work boots, is they have zero traction on packed snow, ice or smooth, wet concrete floors. The heel of the boot seems to be the worst and I have to be very careful that my front foot doesn't slip when I put my heel down while walking.

I've had these boots for 2 years now. They were comfy from day 1. Almost no break-in time. That alone is worth the price for me. I'm on my feet doing road construction for 10+ hrs a day in the sand, gravel, rocks, and mud, and these things held up pretty good all things considered. Yes, like other reviews, my boots started to show quite a bit of wear after about 6-8 months but that was about it. They held up well, wore out in about a period of 4-6 weeks, but then have stayed at that same point of wear for about a year and a half. Final thoughts: - After 2 full years of hard wear, they're still comfy as day one. - Yes they wore out, but what boot won't when you work them hard. No complaint about longevity. - I have loved these boots. I'm going in to order the 8" versions for some extra support sometime this week.

One-year update: Not a bad value. Remained comfortable, all seams intact (this is with daily wear). Only part of the heel area of the sole is beginning to tear off in small pieces. Generally satisfied with the quality; recommended.

I have purchased several pairs of these boots that I wear every day doing trail maintenance in Washington State. They offer great foot support, are waterproof, and hold up for many miles on the trail. Since I do trail work, I am constantly digging in packed soil, and over time, I noticed that the sole will wear down due to the constant digging with a shovel. They also will finally wear out the sown seam on the inside of the shoe (it starts to come apart), which will eventually result in water being able to get inside the boot. That said, however, I put about 100 miles each week on these shoes, and I have not found another shoe that takes the constant wear and tear that these boots handle. I also found that putting the shoes on a boot drier after each use and applying a silicone water-guard spray helps them last longer.

Love how comfortable the boot is and how light is is, however, they're not never durable. I have had my pair for a year now and the sole is splitting around the sides from the shoe itself. My right boot the sole actually split from side to side around the balls of my feet. I recommend them for sure but the durability after a year draws me away. Any warranty help would be great

Overall a very good workboot. The comfort from the get go for my foot has been amazing. The front toe area does not wear very well, as the seam where the rubber material starts will catch on things and roll. I put new insoles into the boots to keep them rresh and comfortable and they lasted over a year of daily 12 hour days. My complaints:. The outside was not as grippy as I would have liked after they wore down some. The front toe thing. The boot heel dislodged from the footbedd and was repaired but didn't last long of course. The width is a little wide for my foot.

AWSOME product, would have given 5 stars but, stitching came apart around toe area (does not effect wear). The first time you slide your foot into this shoe its so comfortable right out of the box and there is not a break in period with this boot. I have since bought a second pair of Merrell boots and have told coworkers about how nice these boots fit and feel. Thank you Eric

They fit like a glove and are comfortable right out of the box, as a Merrell should. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 is the lacing sysyem. The laces dont slide through the eyelets very easily. Making the boot hard to get on and off even with the zipper. The upper eyelets need to be reconfigured so you can tighten up and loosen up with ease. Maybe once they're broken in this may get easier. I got a set of zubits and this somewhat improved this problem but I still find it difficult to tighten up the boot so the upper part fits snug. I've had the hiking boots for years and love them. These also seem to be able to go the distance. Time will tell!!!

I have worn safety toe boots almost every day for 20 years. These are probably the best feeling boots straight out of the box I have owned. I gave 4 stars as I have only worn them a few weeks, but they are great so far.

Runs half size large. Best to size down so that the composite toe provides protection properly. 4 stars due to sizing.

These boots are heavy, but you get used to the weight over time. Also,, the padding around the ankles is a little too thick for my liking and make them a little uncomfortable. However, they are well made and will probably last a long time. Good styling as well.
