Following two foot surgeries, I’ve probably tried 25 pairs of shoes of all types. Ordered these in wide to accommodate a metal plate and 5” screw . I inserted my orthotics on top of non removable insole and still had plenty of room. I never wear socks. They do the trick without looking like a pair of elderly orthopedic shoes. Love the zippers which allow for easy on and off.

I bought these for my adult daughter that was born with CP and has struggled with finding shoes that she can wear and that is only after struggling to even get them on due to the muscle spastisticy in her lower extremities. imagine how I felt when she messaged me the following. ?????? The first pair of tennis shoes I've gotten on my feet in a long time! Thanks, Sammy! ??

So easy to slip into! My left foot swells often, so the Velcro strap is great for those “swollen” days. Since my right foot is a normal size this feature is great for me

We are a Nike family and I ordered two pairs of these shoes. Both pairs, after about a week, developed the same defect. The Velcro strap stuck to itself and the base came unglued from the shoe rendering it useless, just dangling there. We had to resort to a hot glue gun but other than that, the shoes are comfortable and look good.

I had a stroke a a very young age & have to wear an AFO on my foot, These are the first shoes that look like "normal" shoes that will accomodate this brace. I am soooo happy to feel like I am wearing "real shoes"again!!They are also very comfortabe!!They would be great even if I did not have special circumstances

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these shoes. Size 9 wide is difficult to find, and, when found, 99% are black shoes! I have enough black shoes. This color is a lovely green tone. The strap unzips around the heel of the shoe, making it easy to get off & on-no untying. I wish it came in many colors, but the only other choice is black. I get many compliments.

Great shoe! I have a severely autistic 12 year child and these shoes work great for him. Velcro strap that has a zipper for easy on and off. Zappos had the best price.

Bought for teen daughter who wears AFO leg braces. Recommended by her physical therapist. Ordered the 4 E wide width. Looking at them I didn't think they would fit. She says they are super comfortable and stylish. Fit like a glove. Only complaint is the strap is not long enough. Will use a white extender for the straps. Overall very happy with the quality, fit, and ease of use. Just make sure to pull the tongue out as you slide your foot in. Happy with my purchase.

Purchased for 12 year old daughter with AFO/braces. Work very nicely after removing insoles. Happy to have a stylish shoe compatible with AFO's. *** Recommend ordering the women's wide version of the shoe that translates to your child's size. *** Ie: When we put the AFO on the foot measuring device/shoe sizer it measured out at a child's size 5. Was surprised to learn that that translates to a women's size 7. The women's size is available in wide and worked out great. would be nice if the velcro strap was longer.

Love them! Very comfortable! Work so well with my AFO’s and the straps go to the other side perfectly!!! Wide is the way to go with AFO’s. I tried the non-wide shoes, but they only lasted a good 2 months before the straps were useless. With my braces, my right foot strap was harder to keep strapped. These wide shoes are much easier to stay strapped and feel roomy even with my braces.

I have very wide feet, high arches & instep. Have not worn Nike is over a decade since I find they usually run narrow. Found the width & length true to size. Love the hidden zipper but yet looked like they tie. Need to return them though. The velcro strap hiding the zipper is too short for a high instep.

These work perfectly for my teenage daughter, who has some fine motor skill issues. She loves the way the zipper works, and likes that they look like "regular" Nike shoes. My only complaint is that the velcro on her first pair wore out, so the straps wouldn't stay in place after only about 6 months. But she loves the new pair - we'll see how long they last. Adding her orthotic insoles is a piece of cake, due to the design.

I got these for a deep discount, which made them worth it. Not as cute as I hoped on my size 8 feet, but quick and practical for walking the dog. Light blue gets dirty super easily, but I have washed them in the washer and they came out clean. Worst part is that the Velcro started coming apart, I tried to use Krazy glue on it, but it wouldn’t stick! What doesn’t stick to krazy glue?!

I like these shoes, however, the velcro does not stay secure. Too bad this happened a few weeks after wearing them and not right away, otherwise, I would have returned them.

These sneakers are like slippers! I'm not physically impaired-yet-but love the ease of slipping them on and off for beach walks and quick footwear changes. The have a nice, trim appearence unlike other sneakers. I feel confident when strolling through my fancy community.

I have had an afo brace for 18 years and have not yet found a shoe until now to fit into thank you Nike for coming through it's this the best year ever!!! I have always worn Nike shoes before and I am glad that I found a shoe that is a Nike that I can wear an order every time I need another pair.???? I really I love everything about the shoes!

Excellent sneakers! Nice laces!!! Fit very well. Comfy from start. Feminine looking too! Very neutral, matches everything! Love them!

I'm a paraplegic, and have a hard time putting shoes on due to swelling. The Fly Ease made it easy for me to put them off and on due to the zipper in the back. My shoes also tend to fall off. I found that the strap on the Fly Ease sneakers prevent that. I'm glad Nike made these. They're a lot easier for me and look stylish at the same time.

Just love these shoes! Super comfortable fabric top with pink Nike trim and insole (not removable). Best part is the closure: laces are elastic and don't need to be tied. You can simply lift one velcro strap for easy on -- easy off. And if you wish, you can unzip the velcro strap to really open up the heel if you need better access when putting on the shoes. Either way, they are very secure on the foot, yet have plenty of room, especially with a wide and tall toe box. I'll try to keep them clean and will probably switch to leather on cold winter days.

Very attractive, comfortable fabric top shoe, but I needed a different size to accommodate my bunion properly.

Thank you Nike for making shoes that are easy for special-needs people to use! This is the fourth pair of FlyEase I've bought for my niece, who has cerebral palsy. She can put them on by herself, even with limited use of her right side, and they look the same as the shoes other kids at school wear. Love them.

This is my second pair (in a different color). They are much easier to deal with then a laced up sneaker, which is always coming untied. They are attractive and well made and fit well in my size. Zip up and velcro - couldn't be much simpler. But unlike many hook and loop sneakers that look sort of orthopedic these are very attractive. I don't use the zipper cuz the permanent elastic laces open up enough to slip your foot into it and then just pull the velcro strap across to make them fit perfectly.

I am very happy with my Shoes. With fluid in my right foot it was a little tight but the shoe is soft -

My daughter loves how these unzip so she doesn’t have to step on the heal!
