Not nearly as comfortable as I had hoped. Stiff material, felt smaller and narrower than my last Dansko sneakers.

Although it is a very cute and light weight tennis shoe, I was disappointed in the amount of support there was in the arch. I love Dansko shoes but sadly, this particular style was not for me. Zappos promptly refunded me for the return!

I tried these hoping they might be wide enough. They didn't have them in wide but Dansko shoes can sometimes be on the wider side. Unfortunately these were not so I'm sending them back and have ordered 2 other styles in wide.

Great looking shoe and light for the sturdiness and support offered. As many other reviewers have written it runs larger than indicated. I'm going to try a smaller size, but afraid it might not work. The foot bed seems to fit, but the toe space is inordinately long. I do not have short toes and there is a good 1/2 to 3/4 inch space to the front of the shoe.

I put them on and immediately saw there was no arch support That did it for me. Off they came They look nice enough but open around the ankle I am used to running shoes with some support even for walking Going back for sure I cannot walk without an arch support and there was nothing under my arch. Very disappointing

Great shoe and comfortable, but ran big so it slipped on my heal.

These felt exactly like the Helen style - hard, thin insole, sized irregularly, not much support inside at all. I ordered a 7, or 38 - my usual size, and these were about a half size too large, but I'm sure the 37 would be too small. The width would work, even though I usually need Wide. Not impressed with these Dansko non-clog styles. Every one I've tried feels the same, rather cheaply made.

I have the Haven which is the mary jane style of this shoe and it's pretty comfortable so I thought the fit of this shoe would be similar. Unfortunately it wasn't, it felt heavy and clunky.

I am returning these and ordering a half size smaller. I really hope they fit as I love the shoe.

Really liked the look/style of these shoes, but I have a bunion on one foot and unfortuately they were a little too narrow for me because of that.

The Hayes is nothing like the Dansko Shayla. The shoe isn't deep enough for my orthotics and has no padding around the heel and top of the shoe. Unfortunately I am returning them.

The shoe does not offer the arch support I usually get from the Dansko brand of shoes. The style is very cute. But I will have to return these since there is no arch support.

I usually wear a 9/5 or 10 and these were very small. They had a lot of support and were cute but the 41 was too big and the 40 is too small. Bummer.

Disappointed at how narrow and short these were. Loved the olive suede color but unfortunately returned them.

The fit was perfect with good arch support (I'm 10AAAA). I thought the arch support would help relieve my plantar fasciitis. After wearing the shoes for about 2 hours, my heel spur was really hurting. Since I already wore them, I can't return them.

Not for people with fat wide feet. These were very narrow width shoes. I couldn't even get my foot in them. They are super cute.

I ordered a pair in Charcoal a couple of weeks ago and they fit fine and are very comfortable. This pair is uncomfortable and much looser on my foot even with the laces as tight as they will go. Very odd and dissapointing.
