I was able to exactly match the strap settings of my last pair and that eliminated the raw skin I had breaking in my last pair. The last pair fell apart after a year (glue between layers apparently lost its adhesion). I hope this pair lasts longer.

These are good for everyday use. One of my other pairs is a bit more comfortable.

I’m new to these types of sandals in general, but wanted something for kayaking. I originally read that Chacos are better for water sports and hiking but they didn’t work for me. The arch was too high, top straps too long and dragging on the ground, and they are heavy. So far I like the Tevas better because they feel a lot lighter. The sole works better for me because I have a low arch. I also know that I won’t ever hike in sandals as I prefer trail runners always (I don’t want rocks under my foot). These only have padding on the back strap - no padding on the other two straps. I’m not sure what the thinking was there. I wear women’s 10 and got men’s 9. I usually buy men’s sandals because I have wide feet. The length and width are great. It would just be nice if there was a little more padding on the other straps. There is also a tiny hard part of the bottom seam of the left toe strap that sticks out a little irritating my foot but hopefully that will break in over time. Overall I think the Chaco straps were more comfortable and those would be better for hiking, but I’ll take these for the lighter weight and lower arch and since I won’t be hiking in them.

Very nice just to “mannish “ for a female big foot.

The size and width are good. The arch support was fair. However there’s a problem with one of the sandals. There are two grommets in each one where the straps pass through. One of the grommets is the wrong one, too small which makes the strap hard to run through. A quality control problem.

This was a great sandal! I've used it for walking, hiking, casual wear, and even snuck it into a dressy event. I would recommend! My only complaint is the back plastic strap holder rubs somewhat weird on the inside of my foot. After wearing a few minutes, I forget it rubs. But it's never left a blister.

I only gave 4 stars because it seems where the ball of my foot hits is slightly off. This could just be my own foot shape. I'm afraid a size up would be too big, however. Regardless, they are extremely comfortable and rugged enough for some light hiking. Great traction.

I have size 16 feet and hoped your size 15 sandal, the largest available, would work. It's too small, alas. I love your product but will find a size 16 the next time.

This sandals fit and feel are just as expected. I wish it was a little more cushioning. It has a very firm footbed. I am a true 10 1/2 medium shoe size and because of the adjustability of the straps, the 11 is perfect. I live in SW Florida and wear shorts and sandals all day, everyday. These sandals are very sturdy and normally last a couple of years with a lot of use. I have serval pair for various occasions.

They were comfy. And the sunflower is a happy color that made me happy. But the straps were too thick for my taste. Even though I want "active" sandals, I still want them to be somewhat feminine and flattering. Sadly, these were not. Maybe I'll end up with the boring black ones which have a thinner strap after all.

We were disappointed with these sandals. I have a similar style of womens teva sandals and love them because they are so comfortable, compact and lightweight. We bought these for our teenage son for an upcoming trip. The mens style has a much larger & thicker sole, which makes the sandal very bulky and heavy. Not what we needed for our goal of packing light.

My expectations were low after purchasing a pair of Teva Original Universal sandals which I returned but the Hurricane XLT2 are more inline with what I expect from Teva.

I'm pretty happy with them, they'll do what I want them to do (keep my feet safe and comfortable in wet environments). But since they don't come in half sizes I had to go larger than what I generally like. And then they seem like they might be sized large anyway, definitely seem bigger than just a half size larger than my normal.

TEVA has three adjustable straps to make feet comfortable in the sandals. There is no more arch support like some years ago. It is now mostly flat.

I bought this sandal in my size awhile back and they were too large as 9's. I gave them to my brother who is a 10 1/2 and they fit him perfectly. So, I purchased this in an 8, and they fit me just right.

The fit and size were great. The hardware on the sides of the Tevas was very uncomfortable. Had to return them

First pair of Tevas and I love them! Very comfortable, very durable (I was wading around a heavy flowing river in them) and easy to slip on and off. Only complaint I had was friction/rubbing on the inside of my big toe from the strap...before you go on too long of walks make sure that the shoe is tightened securely where you want it to be tightened.

Great shoe like walking on a cloud, straps press into my feet a tiny bit but you get used to it, and it's worth it because the shoes are good. have had them for a couple weeks, great for walking through streams and muddy places. Some strings on the straps are starting to come loose / unravel, so hopefully that doesn't continue or I'm going to have to learn how to sew. have a good day

I am size 11E in just about every shoe and boot, but 10 fits perfect in the Teva Hurricane XLT2. The straps are a little uncomfortable and could use some padding added for comfort. I’ll bet they become more comfortable with a little break in time. Typical Teva; they’re well built with quality materials. I like them and if they’re anything like my other Teva’s, they’ll last for 25 years.

I've worn these shoes pretty much every day this summer. Practical, comfortable, easy to put on and take off, but they stay on through everything. Good solid reliable shoe

Got a blister. Expected it. Always need initial adjusting. It went away. All good. So far as I'm concerned there's Teva and then there's everyone else.
