Probably a good fit for the majority of people, but with wider feet, the right shoe's spike close to the ball of my foot cuts in and makes it uncomfortable. I have found this issue with more flexy FJ shoes such as the Freestyles but not with any of my icons or dryjoys tour shoes. The tapered bottom also adds significantly more flex during the swing compared to icons. Overall, I would stick to other models with a wider base but everyone else this is probably a good buy.

Try the wider version.

I generally like the shoes but I've had to turn the knob to re-tighten them during a round much more often than a previous FootJoy model I had.

I got fitted at my club by the FJ reps. Surprised by the heel blusters I got the first 5 times I wore them. Over time they broke in and they were fine. I really like them now and they perform well.

I love the shoe and BOA aspect! I would like an occasional change in design patterns!!

I really like the shoes, it's comfortable and great fit. However, tongue will not stay in place and pinched me in the wrong places in both sides. Would I recommend it? I would tell them an] out the tongue and let them decide.

Sent them back. The new sizing system means I now need a wide rather than standard which pushes me in to a niche

I walk the course and am heavy (250 lbs). The forefoot doesn't have sufficient cushioning for me. Other than that the shoe works great, good stability, good flexibility. Perfect cart shoe or for someone lighter.

First time I wore the shoes a cleat came off. Had to buy complete pack of cleats at approximately $15.00

Great shoe... The style is a little narrower in the toe, but the wide is OK. The heel comes up a little in the back so if your sock is not high enough it rubs and irritates the back of your ankle.

I did not keep these shoes, I thought they were too expensive for what they are FOR ME. To each his own. I prefer more traditional style. #SWEEPSTAKES

The rear (heel) spikes twist off during each round. Usually happens early in the round. I could be hitting the ball, or stepping out of a cart and when I plant my heel on the ground the heel spike becomes dislodged and falls off. I have to replace it every round but it doesn't last for the entire round. I am learning to play without it.

Nice looking shoe and very comfortable as well. The top of the shoe has developed a line-bump on it which has detracted from the purchase. Very disappointed this happened.

Comfortable shoe ... big upgrade from the original DNA Only issue is quality ... I'm already getting a strange air squeak when I walk.

The new DNAs are at least a half size smaller than the old DNAs and toe box seems more rigid. Footbed seems to have a little more cushion.

They don't fit so well (the toe seems longer which slightly inhibits the turn on the follow through) and the boa tie is nothing like as reliable as previous versions. I'm really disappointed for the first time, these Footjoy boa shoes have to be classed as a failure. Why on earth do Footjoy only make boa fittings in white at present?

The shoe is not near as comfortable as many other brands. The sizes run large.

Pot: Love the BOA! I really enjoying the BOA, I don't think I can wear regular lace shoes. Comfortable and light. Con: Shoe tongue will not stay in place. It moves to one side and pinches. Spikes are horrible! Trying to replace the worn spikes is hard. You have to pick out all the dirt and tiny rocks from the spike removeble holes first. Other wise, holes get damaged and makes it really hard to remove the spikes. If they change few of the cons, I will buy it again but, not as is.

Got the product and road several holes and hit range every day and they were fine but my second tournament was a 2 day tournament and after front 9 the second day I didn't think I was going to finish they hurt so bad

Love the look and BOA system, leather is durable but the helix tag has already pulled out of stitching. Will not return as I cannot afford the pain of breaking in a new pair. Played a 54 hole tournament and could barely walk when done. Shoes are NOT sized correctly as to any standard foot measuring device. Shoes are way too narrow. I am a size 11 d. Shoes i bought are 10 wide the extra wide my heal slips out.

The sole and heel of the shoe is not as stable as the older models that had a steel plate inside them. I miss the days when the bottom of your shoes were made out of leather I was better able to make a backswing with more stability, the shoes are too flimsy. I do love the Boa system and have had at least a dozen pair over the years. I even got all my golfing buddies to them.

I had the previous generation DNA shoes before these and I must say this new model is a step back in performance. The new shoes squeak when you walk, which is bothersome when you're trying to be quiet. The bottom of the shoe has much less grip then my last pair. I notice my feet slip mid-swing, often. I changed out the spikes to a different model, but it only slightly helped. Considering how much I spent on these new shoes I am not a happy customer. I wouldn't buy these again.
