I've had a hard time wearing Checks in the past...wanted to like them so decided to try the Wayfarer. The size 8 fit fine although the strap was slightly loose and stretchy. The leather was nice; however, I did not like the otter color. I suppose I expected a grayer look, but this is dark brown and not at all attractive. I will return these sandals and stick with my tried and true Tevas!

I’ve had these in Rust for several months and loved them so much I had to get the grey also. Comfort right out of the box!! I do have a slightly narrow foot, and because they are leather and stretch a bit, I have some wiggle room at the top. But not enough to complain (thus the 4 stars), but other than that, they are really comfortable, casual sandals! They do feel different than regular my Chacos. They are lighter weight and the arch is not as pronounced. Very happy with them!

These sandals look great and are very comfortable. I have narrow feet and these are a little wide--I have to tighten the strap down pretty far until it's not too loose in the width, but then it's pretty tight on the top of my feet. I wish the sandals had adjustable straps like regular chacos. Overall, though, I still think these are great shoes and am happy with them.

I purchased these in brown. They looked great & felt great, except the sole felt stiff & I clomped when I walked. Returned:(

I wanted to like these, but they are not for me. They felt smaller than the size 7 I wear, my heel and toes were right to the edge. They also felt a little narrow for my wide foot. The white sole makes them look a little dowdy and I am 55!

I was very skeptical about getting these sandals. I have small feet and didn't want a "boat" of a shoe. I ordered them to try them ouy and wore them for three days straight. Very comfortable. Wished they had a bit more support in the heel area as that is where I tend to put the most weight, but great sandal. Recommend it for those who want a cuter looking Chaco.

Love, love these shoes but the arch hit me in the wrong place. This is because my foot has changed not the shoes. They will scuff easily but don't let this stop you. The look is so classy. Well made other than that.

Generally wear 9.5-10, so I Ordered a 9 and a 10. The 9 was pretty good, but a tad short for my foot, the 10 was perfect length but oddly wide (& I have wide feet!) - I think a half size would have been perfect for me! They seemed like they would be very comfortable if the fit is right.

I wanted to love these sandals, but they were too big. They felt like my foot was swimming in them. I am going to order a size down and see if it helps. Other than the fit issue, they are super cute!

These are pretty cute shoes, but they were just huge for me with a lack of adjustment options. You only buck around the ankle. I knew that it might not work out. I have a pair of their original chacos and the adult sizes were just too large all around. I ended up buying a child's size and they strap is still a bit too long but the fit is loads better. Also, the ankle buckle rubbed on one foot.

The leather straps are very thin and it scratch easily. I doubt that these shoes would last very long. Chaco needs to do better. Nice style, but poor quality.

These fit as expected--fine on a slightly wide foot--look good, and have incredible arch support, which is what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the buckles on the pair I got were rusty, right out of the box. Date stamp inside the box says 2019, so I assume it's just something that happens over time. Bummer to have to return them.

Really disappointed these do not come in half sizes. They are so cute and versatile. I cannot comment too much on the comfort, as I didn't get to try them beyond trying them on in my house. I am a fairly standard size 10, but these were a bit long and seemed like a tripping hazard. The 9s were too small. So, again, these look like a great, versatile walking sandal, but the lack of a true range of sizes makes them a no-go for me.

Color was much oranger than expected, I didn’t trust that they would stretch enough through the arch for my feet to fit into the shoe properly and comfortably - not worth taking the chance at that price.

I simply ordered the wrong size. Reordered same brand but a different size and style.

I bought these in black and absolutely love them. Perfectly comfortable in every way. Very stylish. However, I am having issues with quality consistency in the brown color. The first pair that arrived had one perfect shoe and one show with a a very painful waxed stitch end that poked out where the ankle strap meets the skin. The second pair I ordered (same size) had much tighter straps than the black and first brown pair and were uncomfortable. I am disappointed because I love the brown color (and my black pair), but I don't think I can keep ordering it in the hopes one will arrive with the same quality and comfort as the black pair.

Loved the style on these and the overall fit was right on, but the arch had weird placement in the middle of my foot and I could tell it would be uncomfortable with sustained wear, so I’m returning.

The leather was hard and rough. The front strap went right across my bunion. Returned.

These run a bit large, but that wasn't the issue. The buckle is either rusted or painted to look like it is rusted, which is incredibly unappealing. I didn't notice that in the photos. If not for the buckle, I would have kept them -- very comfortable and good size.

Scratchy straps if you have sensitive feet. Excellent arch support. Not for very wide feet. Returning

Cute sandal but odd fit, as if the sandal was too large.

The soles were so very hard on my feet. Looked great and fit well though.
