My foot was to loose in this sandal.

I have high arches. I recently read that people with high arches should wear shoes with a "neutral profile". The Chaco brand is not such a brand. I have morton's neuroma and was hoping these would help. I couldn't wear them long enough to find out.

Cute and well made but not enough arch support for me. Had to return.

These have a lot of arch support -- maybe too much? They are my "fancy" sandals for the summer. As other reviewers have mentioned, the leather is delicate and scratches pretty easily. I want these to be better than they are, but I still like them.

These are beautiful shoes with very good support. I had the light sand suede and the leather was so soft and comfortable right out of the box. I wanted so much to keep them. Unfortunately, I am a true 7.5 / 38 and this style only runs in whole sizes. i tried the 8 and it was way too big. The 7 was close but the front break when my toes flex as I walk is a little off and I knew it would be bothersome over time. Wish I could have kept them but back they go. Please make half sizes Chaco!!

This was a well made sandal The straps are not adjustable and felt this was a better fit for a wider foot.

Ordered these a size too small & shipped them back to get a size up. I love these for a more casual every day wear. However, it appeared they’d been wore a few times before I received them. The first pair I bought were clearly brand new, these where not. Didn’t bother me too much, & I didn’t feel the need to send them back. They do loosen up a bit the more they are worn.

I returned this shoe because it was too wide for my foot (typically sz7 medium width), but it is a very nicely made quality shoe.

Comfy for a sandal extremely cute on. None of the straps rubbed funky on the skin and toes were tucked safely in! My foot is wide and these fit great!

I returned these sandals. I really wanted to like them but didn't give a whole lot of thought to the buckle which was kind of frustrating to do. Additionally, though they did fit really well (normally wear 8.5-9 and purchased a 9) they weren't overly comfortable and had a very annoying piece of thread on the inside of the shoe that rubbed my skin wrong. I felt for a sandal they were very heavy and firm.

I have the cloth sport Chacos and bought these in the same size. These were too roomy for me. The arch support felt perfect. The stitching was scratchy on my foot on the side opposite the buckle. Cute, but had to send back.

These sandals were cooler looking than the pics on the website! Good quality for the price!

I wanted to like these as the arch support was perfect and the leather was nice. However, the strap crossed right over my little toe in the most uncomfortable way. Sadly, they are going back.

I wanted a pair of sandals that was as supportive and comfy as Chacos that I could get away with wearing to work or with a casual dress. These are perfect! They're so comfy that I feel like I'm "getting away" with something when wearing them. The sueded footbed is SO soft and is already molding to my feet -- absolutely no break-in period required. The color is lovely, too, and they'll last way longer than my normal sandals because of the rubber bottom. Only took off 1 star because the straps aren't adjustable like they are in regular Chacos, so you can't customize them to your foot's width like I'm used to.

I ordered 5 sandals and these were the most comfortable but just didn't feel comfortable enough. They felt a bit big but not so much that a size down would help. I am a 9 and I ordered a 9. I just felt like my foot was slipping and like I'd have to grip.

I love them. Very cute for how comfortable they are. My foot does come forward a bit as other reviews stated but not so much I can’t wear them.

I really liked the style, but the arch support was just too much for comfort.

Initially, I loved these shoes. Great arch support, soft leather, fit true to size. Then I wore them for a longer period of time and the criss-cross straps pinched the arch of my foot so much it turned red. Thinking my feet were just swollen, I tried again the next day. Same issue. I really, really wanted to love this shoe.

I'm a Chaconian (if there is such a word) and have numerous sandals and closed toe shoes. I really really wanted these for the office this summer BUT, like some others, found my usual open toe size 7 to be short enough that, when I walk, the toe slides to the edge rubbing on the stitching. Wish it came in a 7 1/2 or that it had the length of my other size 7 sandals. Back they go...

I've always said that I wouldn't wear Chacos, but these are really pretty. The leather definitely dresses them up and I don't feel like a 20 something backpacker with them on. I will say that the leather strap around the ankle rubs my foot slightly--and that was just trying them on briefly. Haven't decided if that's a deal breaker, though, since I'm hopeful that they will break in some (if I keep them).

Put these on and I was ready to go. Love the little bit dressier style of the leather. I can wear them with a dress or skirt and be comfortable and stylish!

Leather straps will stretch, so don't worry if a little narrow in the beginning. I can slip the heel strap on and off, so I don't have to deal with the buckle. The tan color is almost invisible on my tan foot, which is great since I have wide feet.

Great sandal, very comfortable foot bed. I made the mistake of wearing them for the very first time for a long period with no break in and have blisters at the base of my big toes to show for it. But that's to be expected, I think, from nice strong leather. Definitely live up to Chaco name. I live in Chacos!

These sandals are comfortable right out of the box. The straps are soft, but feel sturdy. They are reasonably attractive for sporty sandals, definitely a step up from the nylon webbing ones. I with these had a sturdier sole though, so I took away a star for that. I got the "Tornado" color and it's a good, darkish neutral (kind of gray).

These sandals are very cute, the perfect balance of refined and rugged. They have excellent arch support and the craftsmanship was great the only downside and it was a deal breaker, is the ankle support strap bumps up against my ankle bone. I know from experience this is an insurmountable fit problem for sandals so i sadly had to return them.
