WISH I was a size 10 but I'm a size 9.5 so they were a tad too long and therefore the arch hits in the wrong spot. Great shoe I would highly recommend if you don't need a half size.

Love the sandals! They are so comfortable. I need a good arch support and feel I have found the perfect sandal with the Wayfarer!

I bought these shoes specifically for a trip where I will be doing a lot of walking. They are comfortable right out of the box with no "break in" period necessary. They have what I would call "full" arch support which would be perfect for people with high arches, but right on the verge of being too high for my "normal" arch. If you have flat feet, they might not be your best choice. I have plantar fasciitis and I think these shoes are going to work out great for me.

I have worn Chaco sandals for a number of years and they are my go to sandals. I thought I would give the leather model a try. They were about 1/2 a size short. The color is beautiful. They appear well made, although the pair I received appeared to have been tried on prior (due to toe prints) and the right strap was pretty mangled??

Size is true to all other chacos. They’re not as comfortable as your typical Chaco but they look really nice. Walked 5 miles in them around the city just fine.

I really love this shoe because it has the functionality of a Chaco like the rubber sole, but is more stylish with the leather. I wear them almost every day!

Excellent sandal! They may run slightly wide - which works for me because my feet are slightly wide. Super comfortable right out of the box - no blisters ever from these sandals.

These are my new favorite summer shoes!!! I have had many pairs of Chacos and love them all, but these are my favorite. Very comfortable, soft and well made. After walking in them at the mall for 5 hours (first time to walk in other than at work where I don't do much walking) my feet did hurt a little bit, but no rubbing/blisters or anything uncomfortable.

I loved every thing about this shoe, but....it did not love my feet. It hit a spot on top of my foot, that hurt. Nothing wrong with shoe it is all my feet. Wish I could have kept it.

I love these shoes. I was looking for something to go with my sporty skorts and skirts and these look great with everything; a welcome change from Birkenstocks!

Love Chacos. Wanted to love these The foot bed and arch feel just like the Fallon--great-- but the straps are too loose overall. I felt like I might just go forward off the end and it wasn't because the length was too short. Usually the width of Chacos is perfect so not sure what the deal is here. I wear a 8.5-9 in other sandals but am always an 8 in Chaco. I have a medium width foot so I think if your foot is narrow these would be even looser than they were on me. Also the grey color was sort of dull and seemed like it might not look good over time. Wanted to love them but....back they go.

Love it. Comfortable. Can wear most places.

The footbed of this sandal was excellent in length, width and support. The straps were somewhat on the loose side, but I would have kept them in spite of this...but...the vertical leather pieces at the ankle are the reason why I am returning the sandals. The leather is thick, stiff and the plastic stitching irritates my skin.

Pros: Fit, size and appearance were good. Cons: I found the buckle extremely difficult to use. Very frustrating despite repeated efforts, so I returned these shoes.

I loved the way these looked and the sizing was perfect, but the bottom of the shoe was rock hard and thus uncomfortable (to me). I broke my 5th metatarsal in 2021, and it didn't heal, so I had surgery to fix it. As a result of the metal in my foot, I need shoes with a cushiony sole. These had plenty of arch support, but no softness or shock absorption. I'm keeping the Borns I bought at the same time because they are comfortable. If you don't have foot pain, these would work well.

I wanted to love these, but sizing is an issue. No half sizes available, and sizing up meant loose straps and the buckle rubbing on my ankle. If you're lucky enough not to need a half size, enjoy! A great comfy footbed and an elevated look with the leather makes this super versatile.

I usually wear a size 6, but other reviews said to size down... but I could have used a half size. My toes are wide and my heel is narrow, and this style didn't work well for my foot. It was tight across the toes and had extra space around the heel/ankle. I LOVED the color though... it was a beautiful lavender purple color.

The material, color and feel are fantastic. My only reason for the 4 instead of 5 overall is they seems to be wearing very quickly. They have been fantastic for walking while on vacation this summer.

About me: 7.5-8, EU 39, typically normal width (rarely wide). Recently started delving into supportive shoes with modest arch support for plantar fasciitis. Travel a lot and am a minimalist traveler, so like style, comfort, and if I can wear it to the beach and to a nice dinner, then wowza! Like Birkenstock, Clark’s, Teva, Taos and Ecco’s fit so far. Pros of Chaco Wayfarer: cute shoe, nice strapping that doesn’t have an ankle strap to make my legs look even shorter than they are. Soft straps. There is arch support. Width felt true to size. Cons: this was the first shoe I ever tried on by Chaco. Overall, i got the wrong sized somehow, so not sure how this effected the fit. Perhaps the 8 would have been better than the 7.5??? Doubtful. Footbed felt rigid and hard and I got the sense my feet would ache after walking in these. Arch felt too long and broad under my foot. One of the front straps felt a bit oddly draped/ sewn like it needed adjusting, so my forefoot actually felt a bit floppy under the straps. I tried out some Chaco loafers and found the arch issue to be similar, so I wonder if it’s the brand. Hope this helps!

I wanted to love these sandals. They look so much like the ones this 60+ woman wore when she was a teen... but with better support. Unfortunately, the metatarsal support was much too much for my feet.

I did love the style of the sandals, but due to my very flat feet and the prominent arch support on this sandal they just did not feel comfortable. Maybe this is an endorsement for those who do need good arch support!

Great style but I have planters fasciitis in my left foot and have no arches and no instep. The arch support was great but the inner sole was hard and hurt my left foot. Also the straps were a bit tight on top. I had expected them to be softer and more springy. Unfortunately had to return.

I am a true 7.5 and always struggle with shoes that do not offer half sizes. Sometimes 7s are marked as 37, but in this case, the Chaco Wayfarer size 7 = 38EUR = 5UK. So, the size 7 seems to be the right fit and the size 8 seemed too long and I had to use the last hole to buckle the strap, which made me nervous if these should stretch as I wear them, which I imagine they will. I'm no foot model, but the photos show the size 7 Ochre on the left foot and the size 8 Rust on the right foot in the first two pictures, the size 7 Ochre I'm keeping in the second two photos. Happily, I prefer the Ochre color and like that the side stitching is a different color. Bought these sandals at the recommendation of a travel website and will report back after I've traipsed around Amsterdam and Croatia in them. Stay tuned...

True size and fit. Great arch support. Love the suede footbed!!
