Great shoes - my feet are not tired after a full day walking!!

These shoes are great, and perfect for my needs. I was looking for a trail and walking shoe. This fits the bill. Supportive sides and heel, and nicely ridged sole.

I just returned from a trip to Australia and New Zealand. These shoes got me through a Lot of walking. I am 77 years old with arthritis and other ailments. To say the least these were terrific. They took a beating and still look good

Great looking shoe with support and comfort!

Very comfortable and light.

From the minute I put these shoes on my feet felt awesome. I do quite a bit of walking and support and comfort are my top priority. With these shoes, I get both. Well worth the money to get a shoe that is perfect!!

This shoe has good support for my challenged feet and looks good too. The dark blue/dark grey/black combination goes well with everything and the mint green is a nice pop of color. They are supportive and have plenty of room in the toe box without being big and boxy. In fact, they make my feet appear smaller. The flat laces stay tied nicely and the sole grips well, even in the icy conditions we've been having this week. Unlike some other Merrell's I have had, there is no noise with each step and my feet have not been uncomfortably warm. All in all, a great pair of shoes - wish they had more color options because I would definitely order another pair.

These shoes feel fantastic out of the box. They are great for walking and have excellent support. Plenty of room in the toe box. I bought them in Fruit Punch and am considering buying a second pair to have when these wear out because the colors go with everything I wear.

I love these shoes. The toe area is quite roomy and the heel area doesn't slide (I have narrow heels and somewhat narrow feet). I wear them with medium to heavy socks. I wear an 8 in sandals, an 81/2 in athletic shoes and a 9 in boots (depends on the socks). I bought an 81/2 as these fit true to size. I wore the Barefoot Access Arcs for years (especially great for the gym) but now I prefer a little heavier shoe with more cushioning for long dog walks. These are great for hiking and walking. No running shoes for me -- I'm 73!

I have a hard time finding walking/hiking shoes that don't rub somewhere These shoes are so comfortable that I feel joyful every time I go for a walk. I've worn them for two long hikes and my feet are still happy in them. I hope they last a long time and that Merrill doesn't change this still by the time I need another pair!

While these are marketed as hikers, they are not heavy or nearly as bulky as most. Lightweight, comfortable, and stylish for an athletic/casual shoe.

Great out of the box. Used a small arch support but overall just perfect. Lightweight and stable.

I love the fit, comfort, and colors. It might have been nice to have a softer foot bed but then maybe it wouldn't have been so great a fit.

I returned these shoes. After wearing them for a week to walk my dog in the morning, where in Florida the grass is always wet, the shoes actually shrunk. Also, they took on a terrible smell.

I wear size 5 and always size up in Merrells. 5.5 was perfect here. I bought this pair and the more rugged Moab 2 GTX (keeping both!). While the Moab are waterproof and feel very solid, these are lighter, more breathable and more flexible -- great for walks on warmer days. These are replacing my Merrells Bare Access Arc which I wore into the ground. They're a bit more solid than Bare Access, have a bit better tread, but are also very light and packable. It's already too cold to wear them much so they're waiting for the next season.

Great shoe so far......no break in period needed. A lot of room in the toe box. I am very happy so far with this purchase. These shoes are very comfortable. Definitely would buy again.
