These shoes work great with my son's AFOs. They are very easy to get on and off. The problem we have is he wears holes in the bottom in about 3 months.

These shoes are the coolest shoes! Billy is the only shoe that my daughter can really wear with her AFO's and these are particularly cool as they change colors in the sun.

Shoes did not fit with the new AFO's. Final sale so will give away or maybe he will grow into them. They seem to roomy for his foot without any orthotics. Waiting for a pair of extra wide.

I love these shoes! These were recommended to me from a friend because my son was not walking at 17 months. His feet are pronated and is getting orthotics. He wants to put these shoes on as soon as he wakes up! After wearing them for a month before the orthotics he is now taking steps on his own. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the threading on the toe and therefore the zipper did not hold up to my son still crawling in them. I cannot unzip them all the way or I'm not sure the zipper would still work. But I will definitely buy more Billy shoes!!!

Nice shoes. Lightweight and durable (so far) we've only had them for a couple of weeks. I would like to see a better gripping sole for slippery walk areas.

The fabric is more sturdy and stiff, which can be good, but the placement of the zipper higher up on the shoe can make it harder to fit over orthotics, especially AFOs. ((Less of a challenge with SMOs)

These shoes are amazing though the sizing is a bit weird. Ordered a 7m for my daughter and the shoe was bigger than it looked. I could fit into it and I wear an 8. Awesome design though. Will keep coming back

They are a great shoe! Very easy to unzip, and put on. The only problem is how the ankle braces are designed. A very small part of a brace is rubbing some material off the shoe.

The shoes are the same Billy style we know. The UV color block is fun but they only change color when outside in the sun. The rest of the time they're white. My daughter was disappointed that she didn't see the colors more often so they're going back.

These shoes are one of very few shoes that will fit over my son's bracing. And he can put them on by himself.Just wish they had more in stock we frequently have to go with his second choice.

I have two pairs of Billy shoes for my grandson but he can not wear because the zippers are broken!? He has not out grown this shoes. He does have a brace for his ankles and the opening on these shoes are the best. Can you fix the zippers? Shoes are really cute!

I bought these for my granddaughter. Wonderful looking but too short! Size seems to run smaller than her other Billy shoes and boots. Cannot get BILLYFootwear to respond as to what to do next. Will donate these to a little girl who wears a 10 where my granddaughter gets her orthotics.

I have ordered several pairs of Billy Footwear (Kids). I love the fact that I can unzip the upper shoe and slip them on easily. Being an adult with very small and wide feet, I have always had to order a size up, in other brands, just to get a "better fit" width wise. But even then, most shoes are very uncomfortable. I think the only complaint I would have with this particular shoe, is that the material used is very stiff and can be painful and irritating around the ankle. I had to cut off the tops (about 4") of my husband's calf length sport sock, which is quite thick, using the sock top to cushion the ankle area.
I purchased these based on a previous purchase of the "Cuff" style. The upper material used is very soft and comfortable.
I love Billy Footwear for kids. Overall I am very pleased with Billy Footwear.
One suggestion I might add, is to make more shoes in lighter colors. I noted that many Billy Footwear come in darker colors.
