What the actual cluck is wrong with folks rating these things well?!?! These are AWFUL beyond words! Do not be fooled by the hype and being the "it" running shoe. Sure they look cool but that's it. There is ZERO support in the arch and even less in the foot bed. I'm a true 7 1/2. Have been for decades. The 7 1/2 does not fit true to size. These are slightly too long but then snug at the heel. The heel also comes up just a smidge too high around the ankle making them uncomfortable. I feel like I'm walking in a mesh house slipper. People run in these?!?! Without getting shin splits how exactly? I legit think this is one of those things where people said it's cool, they're great and they sheep followed. I've noticed them on everyone recently. I had hesitation as they didn't look like they had any support. I was correct. It's weird tho - cuz aside from it being too high around the ankle - the heel does have support - but then throws your entire balance off as you're higher in the back than the front. Don't waste your money, These went right back.

The shoe lace pulled out of the eye lit....this is the 2nd pair of On cloud x shoes that this has happened to. Zappos had me return it to them.

These shoes are so attractive in color and weight however I wear a size 5, ordered a 5.5 and they are hard to get my foot into because of the narrowness across middle of my foot. I am going to order a 6 W and see if those work.

I have narrow feet with a high arch and these shoes did not work for me. I was very hopeful I would like them as much as the other reviewers, however they just were not comfortable for me. It felt like I was standing in concrete. I will need to find a different brand with more padding.

Really wanted to love these like my other On Cloud's, but the size7.5 was too small 8 too big..tag inside seemed bothersome also. :(

I can’t really give an adequate review because I couldn’t get the shoe on. Very small and narrow.

I purchased these shoes less than two months ago and have really enjoyed them and told several people how much I like wearing them for my workouts. Unfortunately this morning during my run I realized that the sole of the shoe was separated at the heel already. Zappos is going to send me a new pair and hopefully it doesn't happen again. That said, I wouldn't purchase them again given the high price compared to my usual Nikes.

I don't like anything about these shoes!!! After ordering from Zappos and LOVING about 6 or 7 pairs of the Cloud for race walking, I thought these would be fine too. They aren't. They are heavy, "clunky" and not nearly flexible enough for good foot motion. They are hard and my feet hurt after longer walks, the toe box seems to cut inward too much at the outside and my toes get sore. I thought that maybe I just needed to break them in, even though I didn't need to do that with the others, but no - that didn't work either. If I could return them I would. Unfortunately, I put some miles on them trying to make them work for me, but I don't plan to walk in them ever again. My feet still hurt from 3 days ago. I forgot - there is one good thing. The laces stay tied.
