the tongue of the shoe was a little high and hit against my foot.

Size was perfect (10), and they were very comfortable except for the part in the back rubbing on my Achilles' tendon area, causing blisters.

They didn’t fit sent them back

I wore these for 30 minutes and the bottom of my footbed felt the road? Too flat with little arch support for me.

I really wanted to like these sneakers because they were so nice and lightweight but the heel grip area are on the high side (above where my heels are) for me so I’m worried about blisters and that part is hard and not cushioned so they’ll have to go back.

If you like a comfy athletic shoe like Merrells, the On Cloud X is not for you. Very little cushioning made them feel very hard on the soles of my feet. They may be great for running - I'm a fast walker. Tried these around the house for a day or two, and my feet were missing my Merrells. Also, the tongue is pretty stiff and grazed my ankle a bit. Like to look of the shoe, though - but they're going back.

These shoes are super cute, but the back of the shoe was painful against my heel; thus, must return them.

I ordered an sized 8. My foot ranges from a 7.5 to 8 depending on the shoe. Its a bit large probably would have been fine with a 7.5. Noticed it mainly on the width. I was excited to try a new running shoe (I'm a Brooks supporter). I do not wear thick socks or like the socks to show. On the second run my back heels were so cut up because it kept rubbing. If I wore ankle socks it may not have been a problem. I think they are a decent running shoe but not better than Brooks. My caves hurt a little bit more after a week of running, I'm wondering if it was the support? Not sure. I love the style of the shoe but not performance. Thanks!

The shoes look awesome. I really wish they fit me. I have a high a in-step, which doesn’t work with these shoes. Thinking of upsizing and trying them again. The return was easy-peasy.

Love this shoe, however; I have a high instep. The return was super simple, I’m may up size.

I have the ON Cloudflow and although I really liked this shoe (Cloud X), it just didn't fit the same on my foot. 7 was too short and 7.5 felt a bit too large.

Unfortunately, these are not like the 2.0! The tongue rubs huge blisters on the top of my foot. I read this on the other reviews, but didn’t think they would do that to me. I had to actually fold the tongue down and tuck it under the shoe strings. I stopped wearing them and just ordered another pair of 2.0 from Zappos again because ON doesn’t make the 2.0 anymore. I was told the X is similar, but it is NOT!

I initially liked this shoe's light weight. The tongue of the shoe is only detached from the top half of the laces and a tight band runs across the top of the foot where it starts attaching towards the toe. It's just too tight for my high arches and I can't loosen the laces for relief because the lower part of the tongue is attached. I'm bummed to return these and will have to reach out to On Cloud to see if all their shoes have this same tongue design.

I am returning these. My feet are covered in blisters after one wear.

Loved the look but this shoe doesn’t hold a candle to Brooks. Very little support and I will be stuck with these and also buying a pair of Brooks ?

The fit is extremely narrow, doesn’t have any arch support. Very dissapointed with the fit. After reading reviews I was sold on them. I usually tell the truth and that is my experience with it. Lacks support and very narrow.

Unfortunately my feet did not feel like I had enough solid support. Normally wear a size 5 but order sneakers in a 5.5. I would need a 6 which would be fine if the support had been there. Disappointed that they did not work out.

Buyers beware! Although On Cloud shoes are great for stylishness, they do not hold up. After only six months of moderate running (4 to 6 miles a week), the upper heel part of the shoe already has big holes! Also, they're a little narrow in the toebox (for those of you with a wider front foot)

Great looking sneaker, but not worth the money in my opinion. These were my first pair of On sneakers, and I’m truly not impressed. Within a couple months of randomly wearing them, the fabric at the ankle area was torn on both shoes, and digging into me. Again, great looking sneaker, but I wouldn’t purchase them again.

It was not a fluid walking motion when walking because of the waffling on the shoe. On one of the sneakers, I could feel a distinct rocking motion when walking, but not on the other one. Not for me!

This shoe is gorgeous. I do need to return it because the size isn't right. Order a half to full-size up. Also, the shoe is very narrow. I'm exchanging for a larger size. Also, I ordered the CloudFlyer, and it's a more supportive shoe, wider even. Same with the size, order up for the Flyer as well.

It seems like a great lightweight show but it was so narrow at the ball of the foot it would have never been one I could have kept to wear everyday — bummed as I had to return

The shoe was ok, but the side rubbed my ankle bone.

I moved from the Cloud 2.0 to this. This shoe felt the cushion for sure, but I just like the 2.0 better. This shoe was heavier and the outer was thinner than I wanted. I ended up returning this and getting the 2.0 again. I love ON and would suggest trying both to see what you like best.....updates aren't necessarily better. LOVE Zappos tho.....no complaints there.
