Got blisters from the backs being higher than my usual trainers. I was not happy with the durability.

This should have been my shoe! It looks so nice and is very light with great support and just feels good to wear. However, you do have to upsize because there are no wide width and it is tight in the toebox. but still by upsizing a half size that worked well. However, there is a tab on the back by the heel that rubs your ankle and if I ran longer I would have blisters. ASICS and Brooks have those tabs but they are soft and plushy. ON need to remove or re design the tabs
Also the tread is such that if you run on gravel, a bunch will get stuck in there and it will click and be annoying. So basically the tread is wrong too.
I guess when I'm over liking the design and the lightweight of it, I actually don't like these for running at all.
Sending it back! But it looked sooo pretty...

This is my second pair. I bought my first pair about 18 months ago. I love them. I decided to buy another pair and they are disappointing. Still light weight, but feel the quality of materials and construction of shoe have cheapened. They are harder, stiffer and not as comfortable as the first pair. I was going to buy 2 colors and now I am glad I didn't. I will keep them as I put them on right out of the box and wore them outside to walk dogs. By the time I got back I was very disappointed in how they felt and the quality.

They have changed this shoe, which is unfortunate because it was perfect before! Now it is too tight and stiffer than it was. Hoping they go back to the old design.

These are lightweight and stylish but defintely not the sturdiest sneakers. After just a few days of use there was visible wearing away of the heel fabric. For the price I would expect a more durable shoe. I love the slip on and off aspect but these were so tight fitting across my instep that I had to take them off during a flight. Sorry if you were sitting near me :-) I was looking forward to having these as my travel shoe but unfortunately they are going back.

I have loved this brand in the past. They changed the heal somehow to where it always rubs. Bandaids and socks didn't help. I tried to break them in, but they just ripped the back of my ankle/heal up.

As per usual, I got these running shoes a half size larger than my usual non running shoe size, so 8.5 when I wear an 8. Loved the lower profile. I read a review saying basically that the purchaser ran a marathon (half marathon?) in them straight of the box. Woah, who does that?! No me! That’s really saying something! I was headed to Disney World and needed something I could walk miles in. So, putting the two together—I need to walk miles; other people run miles in them—this seemed to be the shoe for me! Nope. I wore these out of the box on day 2 at the park and paid for it the rest of the trip with blisters on the backs of my ankles. (Luckily, I brought other shoes.) Did it feel like walking on clouds? No. Did I ever run in them? Yes, to catch a shuttle (seemed like a 1/4 mile, but it was probably 50 yards)! It felt like any other running shoe, except I don’t usually get blisters in other shoes.

Loved the original Cloud's so I ordered another pair. But the the 2.0 is not the same, They have a stiff and higher ankle and it rubs. I wore them to the grocery store and already starting to get a blister.

Fit well, cute shoe, BUT not enough support. I'm going back to Asics.

I was so excited about these shoes. I have a lot of foot pain and heard these were great. I don’t run, but I wanted something with great support to do errands, chase kids etc. Sadly, they kill my feet! Super disappointed. I had worn them around a few times but just short errands like the grocery etc. I wore them to the zoo last week and my feet were absolutely miserable. To the point it basically ruined my time there with my kids. They didn’t feel cushiony or supportive at all. My feet felt like were on cardboard, not clouds. The positive about them is they look good. They are a slim shoe and didn’t make my large feet look like boats like a lot of running shoes do. The top is nice and light and doesn’t rub anywhere uncomfortably and there is plenty of room in the toe box. But the lack of cushion makes these a deal breaker for me.

If you have a narrow foot they will fit well, otherwise - they are too narrow.

Very comfortable. I have problems with my feet and was super pleased with the comfort level. As a result, I ordered another pair. Even though the sole is not well-designed: It's easy for mud, pebbles, etc. to get in there and hard to clean. The sole is OK for walking in the city or exercising in the gym. However, it's dangerous for hiking. There is no grip and it slides easily. I slid a few times on sandy and gravelly surfaces and fell badly once. I am looking for another brand of comfortable sneakers. Maybe going back to ones with Ecco Biom heels.

Looked and felt cheaply made plus not true to size. I would say 1/2 size shorter.

I’ve been a loyal on customer since 2016. Now that they are a lot more popular it seems like the quality/manufacturing has slipped.
My first pair lasted 2 + years -
Wear at work and running. Typically they last me 2-3 years. This new pair has a hole at the top where my toe creates pressure. Only 3 months old and the hole started at month 2. There is a second hole appearing in the other side. I’ve never had this problem w any shoes or socks.
Super disappointed and hope they can stand behind their product. Hope this is a fluke because otherwise... big waste.

Need to add to my review: toes point up at extremely high angle. Doesn't anyone test these? Why would that be comfortable? Not good.

2nd pair as I really liked the 1st one. Disappointed as it was totally different than the original. It felt thinner, less support all over. Cheaper materials maybe.
My left foot bigger than right. Ordered my usual size and it was snug on the left and on the right, big toe hitting top of shoe. Returned for 1/2 size up. Left foot good fit, but right was loose width size. Was going to keep them. Then I tried them around the house & did some exercise. Left ankle was hitting the edge of shoe started getting red & bruised. I was not planning on using ankle socks with these. Returned, not worth the money

Was very excited to get these upon referral. I normally wear an 8, but was advised to order 1/2 size larger. The 8 1/2 was large enough to put my index finger completely down in the shoe behind my heel?, ordered an 8 (super excited), toes hit end. Had to return? Don’t understand the sizing!!!! Also, seemed material was cheap based on price.

I wanted to love this shoe. I loved the way it looks but it has NO support for your foot. I have severe back issues and have to have support in a shoe. I was so disappointed with this shoe.

I have had many pairs of ON Cloud. This is my first time trying Cloud 2.0 since Zappos is out of my original shoe. It does not fit the same. They have made changes to the insole that are very uncomfortable. I hope they aren't discontinuing the original Cloud. These have to go back.

Love the look, but after 5 months of casual wear (Shoes we’re not used for running), both shoes ripped at the seams near the pinky toe. I will not be purchasing On Clouds again.

So I bought these same exact shoes the cloud 2.0 about two years ago, and was amazed by the quality and fit. The fit was a wider toe box, felt good, weighed close to nothing, went up a half size as per the on cloud website said, and I LOVED them and was so happy to finally find a sneaker that worker for me. I work 12 hour shifts at a warehouse, on my feet on concrete all day so it's very difficult for me to find shoes that work, that don't cause hot spots and keep my body and legs from feeling all sorts of sore. Especially my feet, I have bunions so I can't have sides rubbing. Well, anyways, fast forward to now, I bought this pair again, since my old ones were finally at the days of retiring.....and nothing was the same.
The toe box is now made even narrower right out of the box, (see measurement photos!). the backside is higher and rubs the back of your ankles and the overall shor is stiff and tight through out your entire foot. WHAT HAPPENED!?
Like if you want to change your shoe, then make a different one and slap a new style name on it!! Don't ruin an existing model that has thousands of good reviews already!!
It makes no sense. I'm so frustrated, cause I thought I had found "the one" for the rest of my days.
I tried other on cloud designs, and the 2.0 was the best of all of them.
I attached photos of my old perfect pair with the new so you can see the difference. These are being returned asap.

I bought these randomly Summer of 2020 and LOVED them. They were literally like walking on a cloud the second I put them on- I even ordered another pair different color because I loved them so much. Both pair have now seen their best days so I just purchased these and I’m so disappointed at how they feel. They are hard to slip on, very stiff, and the bottom of my feet are numb and killing me. Doesn’t even feel like the same shoe. I thought I found my new forever shoe- but I’m going to have to return these. I’ve lost 40 lbs since my last purchase and have gone done in dress shoe size even. I kept the same size 10 and they are very tight compared to when I bought my first pair.

so disappointing.....i am normally 9.5 which I ordered and exchanged for size 10. The shoe was still too small and for the first time in my life when I put on this shoe I was in pain. Not having laces that you can use to control tightness is a big problem. I feel bad for Zappos taking the loss twice as they are truly an awesome company!
