I've been wearing this shoe for four years now. Two pair over four years. I was fitted for them at a shoe store. So, even though Zappos recommended I go up a half-size, I ordered the size I had been wearing because they have been fine. This was a mistake. The shoes are too small. I've worn them on several walks, earned blisters, and so can't return them. I hope they will stretch out a bit and be fine over time. I do still love the overall comfort of the shoe, how they cushion the foot. Just wish they were bigger. I use blister bandages now on the sensitive spots of my foot and that helps.

I had seen these shoes, liked the style of them and really wanted to try them. I usually wear Asics (size 9) and still find them more comfortable than the On Cloud, with better support and softer insole. The On Cloud shoes are very lightweight, easy slip-on and cool looking, but not as comfortable, though pricier. They are true to fit, as I still wear a 9 in the On Cloud. I'm keeping them as a lightweight alternate for the warmer months.

I’m an RN and wore the shoes to work the first day and my back was killing me at the end of the day. There is not as much support as I expected. I sized up as recommended and it’s a good thing I did. My usual size 6 would have been too tight. They are cute and are comfy just to run errands. I would not recommend for anyone who has to be on their feet all day.

I have to be very careful about my shoes, Unfortunately I have planters facetious, my daughter had these sneakers, which I liked, so I did some investigating and tried them. I’m very active, on my feet all day, (60 years old) , so I needed support and comfort

This is my third pair of On Clouds. The first ones (about 3 years ago) fit my size 10 feet perfectly. The next ones were snug but gave a little once I wore them a few times. I ordered both 10 & 10.5 this time and the 10.5 were def loose so I returned them. The 10s are again snug but I am hoping they will give a little. IMO, I wouldn't call these size 10's a "half size smaller" because the 10.5 were too big.

Love the style of shoe, but very little arch support. Experiencing more knee pain wearing these. Great for everyday wear, but definitely not a running/workout shoe.

I love the look of these shoes. My feet run normal to narrow, and these fit like a glove around my foot. I returned for two reasons 1. With the bungee laces the heel rubbed my ankle after wearing around my apartment for an hour. Definitely would have caused a blister if I had worn longer, so I recommend using real laces if feet on narrow side 2. I needed more cushion/give. Since I plan to use for walking and running I needed a bit more support. I tried on the cloudflow at a local running store and they had much more arch support and cushion

I loved these shoes- would have been a perfect new light running shoe but i was just in between sizes just like Aldo. super awesome comfort but big toe was hitting the toe cap so be sure to try on inside to make sure they work!

Not as flexible as my cloud flow. Supportive and comfortable for my works shifts but not my favorite for running.

I need a deeper "toe box". The seam rubs on my left small toe. Will try again after surgery later this summer. I had ordered it 1/2 size up ( a 9 and 1/2 instead of 9) and the length was fine. The left shoe felt very comfortable

These were tight with socks on. I love the design and the fit of the sneaker but I cannot run without the padded socks I usually wear. If you like a tighter fit and want more of a snug fit or want a kick*ss fashion sneaker for spring/summer walks and vacation, these are for you but they are just too expensive to keep if not for my regular runs. Shoe is very comfortable and would probably have worked for me if the tongue were not set in the shoe. Unfortunately, returned.

I have to wear socks with a tab or it rubs on my heel. For the cost of the shoes, I’m very disappointed that the fabric has already worn away on the spots where it rubs, especially since I’ve only had the shoes a few months and don’t wear them daily.

I initially ordered 8.5, half size bigger than i normally wear. Although the arch location seem to be in the right place m but rest of shoe seem long on mu size 8 foot. The size 8 fits great with a slight notice of the feeling the arch i the shoe .

To small. On-running website for sizing-I wear US 7 and European 37, the website has US size 6 = to Europe 37. Zappos recommedned 7.5. US 7 to short and to tight. The 7.5 length better. I had to removed the elastic laces on 7.5 that came on shoes because they were way to tight along instep. Regular laces able to adjust so fit better. Still debating on keep / return the 7.5. The back of the shoe rubs ever so slightly so will wear around the house and see if it remains noticeable.

Had the original Cloud in an 8 and have worn them so much they have holes in the. To say I love them is an understatement. So when I decided to get another pair was disappointed in reviews stating the 2.0 wasn’t as comfortable. I ordered the 2.0 in an 8 and was way too tight and rubbed heel, but ordered and 8.5 and it feels much better.

I like the style but they lack the cushion I need. The soles felt hard and the upper stiff. Unfortunately, sending them back.

I have had these shoes for 8 months. I went to go tie them and they ripped out the side on each shoe. Have been great shoes up until this point. Was told I couldn’t return because it is considered normal wear and tear. I’ve never had another shoes in my entire life rip when I tie them. I am an average sized female with mediocre strength. probably won’t spend the extra money again. I had others brands in my closet for years that are still holding up. I try to work out on a regular basis and never run more than 3-4 miles at one time.

These shoes arrived filthy dirty both inside and out. It is what my shoes look like after wearing daily for about 6 months. I am shocked that Zappos sent me this pair.

I actually ordered a Wide and received a 10.5 Wide. I could not believe how narrow these sneakers were. I almost wonder if they were mismarked as narrow. They were even narrow for a medium. I wanted so much to like them.

I have another pair of On Cloud shoes that I LOVE. They are getting old so am looking for a replacement for them. These just weren't it. Purchased the same size I own and this one was a little small in the length and width. That's the only reason I am returning. They are a good looking shoe and I love On Cloud's soles.

I ordered my usual size and these felt really tight on me. Not "fit like a glove" tight, more like I had too thick of socks on (and I just had thin, no-show socks on). Not sure if the next size up would be right, but the same size in the Cloudflow model felt much more comfortable. Unfortunately the Cloudflow rubbed the top of my foot, so both were returned. I've been told to look at Brooks, so I'll do that next, but these are cuter IMO. Bummed they didn't work out.

These shoes offer little support. They’re true to size and stylish, but definitely can’t be used for running.
