I ordered black shoes and they are grey, frustrated.

Too big ! Think these were men’s! I have several in this style and size. No comparison

I ordered these for my daughter thinking they were women’s sizes as was advertised. These are MENS.

I'm very unhappy with these shoes. I'm at a loss for how these are considered running shoes and sold under the guise of being a quality product. Here are my biggest complaints: 1. Durability - these shoes began to break down almost immediately. Within weeks the insoles were deteriorating and wearing through. This caused the inner foam to be exposed with would get mashed up into my socks. After a few months the laces began to break and the heal tab collar began to fray heavily. The toe vamp also began to wear out and my toes began to show/poke through. I was not putting a lot of mileage on the shoes, maybe 5-10 miles / week. All of my other running shoes (New Balance, Nike) lasted for years before showing this kind of wear. 2. Comfort - These shoes have a very hard landing. They felt more akin to hiking shoes, or even dress shoes where the soles are a firmer foam/rubber and/or leather. The soles also make a loud slapping sound with every toe strike. I have a pretty light gate, but you could hear me coming! 3. Fit - Without proper laces I'm not sure how a shoe can fit. The "quick-draw" style laces feel like a gimmick and don't adequately serve the purpose of securing the shoe. As I mentioned above, they broke very early on. I actually didn't notice at first because they weren't doing anything anyway. The only upside to these shoes is the style. I'm not a big fan of the extra thick midsoles on running shoes these days, and On seems to have kept the midsole nicely proportioned to the rest of the shoe.

Terrible, couldn’t even get my foot in. Not my first OC shoe… but they have ruined their shoes by making it really tight on the arch and SMALLER shoes. Do not purchase.

The shoe was noticeably too narrow. I tried to determine whether it was available other than in the medium width sent. It was not.

They are so narrow I cannot get my foot completely in them. I need to return.

They feel cheap. I tried to like them & wore them around the house but couldn't get past my fear that they'd fall apart shortly after leaving the house. I returned them & won't consider another pair.

I love the product but usually I get an extra pair of laces in the box and none arrived this time . It makes me think the sneakers were someone else s return and not too happy about that

Runs small

So far haven’t received the item was to be here two days ago . Not too happy

I bought new shoes, Zappos sent me used shoes.

I ordered these because On shoes have been very comfortable for me in the past. However, the position these shoes held my feet in led to severe pronation, which led to chronic knee pain. These shoes were not right for my feet at all. They might work for someone else.

After a short time of wearing these, the heel started to come apart on my husband’s pair. Still looking into how they can be exchanged.

Shoes completely fall apart after 4 months. Sole of the shoe unglued, front toe has multiple holes in it, tread is worn out completely. I have never seen a product tear apart so quickly.

The width has changed from the original Cloud to the Cloud 2.0 model. So unless you have banana sized feet, find another shoe. These make my feet go numb in about 5 minutes.
