Went up a half size like recommend which helped with the width issue.

Would be 5 stars all around except for one minor issue. I was hoping to be able to run in these but I can't as I can't figure out how to adjust the speed laces. They are super comfortable and great for walking but I would like to get them tighter for running. The on-cloud web-site is useless for directions on how to tighten the speed laces. It just says they are adjustable... I tried adjusting them but the knots "lower down" on the laces were too small and slipped through the hole so I had to redo them. I suppose it could be just me and my own ineptitude (wouldn't be the first time!) but clear directions would be great. Clearly the irritation is only minor as I bought two pairs in two colors (Orange and Blue).

Put the first one on,a little big,put the other one on with help of a shoe horn,got up and walked around. Comfy,they seem to fit good.Very nice looking shoe,I have a bad foot,so hope these work. Now to see if my feet like them wading thru all this darn snow to get to my truck!

Sneaker is great. Except that it runs half a size small.

I was trying to decide between the On Cloud 2.0 and the On Cloudflow. Originally just tried the On Cloud 2.0 and got my normal 11 US size but found that it ran big. Returned and reordered at a 10.5 US which fit perfectly. In addition I ordered the Cloudflow 10.5 US size. When wearing one shoe on alternative feet, the Cloudflow had a bit more cushion compared to the firmer Cloud 2.0. The Cloud 2.0 had a slightly taller/wider upper which would be more comfortable with those with a wider foot or prefer a bit more toe splay, but in the end I'm using these for road running and would prefer to have a bit of a snugger upper fit. I can't comment on the longevity of the Cloud 2.0.

These are lifestyle shoes (for fashion only) so they don’t have the arch support and overall feel of a quality shoe.

Every On Cloud shoe I’ve owned develops a hole on the inside of the heel. I know of others that this has happened to. The mfg really needs to find a way to provide extra lining on the inside of the heel. I like the design. They just don’t hold up on the inside. I write to the mfg and CRICKETS

The soles did not hold up and constantly picked up gravel which was very annoying.

Tight even though I ordered a size up. Great style

I've had about a dozen of these exact shoes for running, and this pair seems less quality and aren't as supportive

Fit a bit smaller to size than my last pair of two years ago, otherwise good workout shoe and can play golf in them, but a “No” for road running

This was my third pair of these shoes. I always order an 8. This time the 8 was a 41 in EUR sizing, where my others were a 39. I didn't catch it until I took the shoes on vacation with me after throwing away the box and wearing them. I couldn't figure out why they felt so big until I looked at my other ones. if you order these, make sure you are getting the size you want.

Toe box was too small. same size with other ON shoes is solid, yet this one for some reason is small.

The back of the shoe is super high and super uncomfortable. I assume it may be because of a specificity of my foot, but I have never had a similar problem before. Otherwise I would have given them 1 star

Very comfortable but poorly constructed near achiles tendor/heel. The lining and padding wore out in a single month whereas all other shoes Ive ever had wear out there after 18 months or more.

This a bit tough to review. I bought the size based on the Zappos suggestion I should be a 12. If I were to go by that and nothing else they run a bit on the big size. Otherwise I would have bought 11.5 and they would have been perfect. If I were to blame myself, I would say I allowed myself to be influenced by the website intelligence instead of making the decision with the information I have developed over 30 years of buying shoes. That as side the shoes are very comfortable and I like the style. If I get to try a size 11.5 I will update my review.

The shoes felt cheaply made. If they are to be used for running I would try something else. There does not seem to be much support. I am 6 feet 200 lbs so maybe they would work for a lighter person.

Toe box is narrow! I have regular/medium width feet, and my regular size of 9.5 was uncomfortable.

Had bought two pair at my Florida home. Fit great. Bought same two pair for my other home, but these two pair shorter and more narrow. Will keep, but sizing not consistent.

I have 4 pair of the same sneakers in different colors. This one fits differently - tighter in the front even after stretching them out. Same size as the others.

Runs smaller than other on cloud products. I do get why within the same brand different models require trial and error on fit.

This is incredibly snug shoe. I kept it on my foot while working from home for about half hour when it first arrived in the mail. Both my feet went numb! Its way too tight and my feet are NOT wide AT ALL. My feet are actually more on the slim, high arch side.

I wanted to love these so bad. They’re super cute. I’ve been looking for a nice pair of somewhat plain, low profile runners for wear with leggings and scrubs for quite some time. Unfortunately, they were far too narrow for my foot, but also didn’t feel supportive around the heel area. I thought perhaps it was just due to the narrowness, so returned and ordered the same version in men’s sizing, as they’re typically wider, but if possible, they felt even more narrow. Back to the drawing board.
