Nice shoes, but usual size 8 too large. I have exchanged for 7.5 and will see if they fit.

It is super light. Sadly, no flex in the sole, so not great for me for long distance. (over 6 miles) I do tend to do more heel striking in Hoka's. (so have to be aware of hip issues by concentrating on shorter stride) Like the cushion and roomy toe box, as well as the low drop. So, some good, some not so good features. I am a 67 yr old slow runner, if that helps.

Very comfortable shoes. I walk a lot, so I put a lot of miles on shoes. The comfort was great for my long walks, but seemed to wear very quickly. Within 2 months, the shoe began to separate from the soles. Even with high mileage, Hokas are the only shoes I have had this issue with. It happened with a second pair as well (different model). Even with the great comfort, I don't plan on buying Hokas again, due to how frequently they need to be replaced.

I had been looking for a more comfortable shoe for work. Many of my colleagues swear by Hokas. I finally purchased a pair! Keep in mind I only wear these for work 3 days a week. I purchased them August 7 and by Sept 20 I noticed they were coming apart on the inner toe box! I expected them to last more than a month!

Longer shoe. Maybe needed the next 1/2 size down? Too big.

These shoes STILL do not fit for the second time. They run too big and it should say to buy a whole size smaller.

I have been training and recently ran a half marathon with these shoes. I had a blister on the bottom of my foot after completing my half marathon run. My left shoe seems tighter than my right foot.

This shoe is uncomfortable. Supposedly it's good for hours. Two hours on my feet in these and I have to take them off. I have Clifton 5's that but can never seems to get my size. These do not live up to the description. I wish I hadn't waited three weeks to put them on, because now it's too late to return them. A lot of money for a shoe that isn't worth it.

I have developed metatarsalgia in my right foot after wearing this different style if shoe. It doesn't have the cushioning and rocker sole like my previous Hoka shoes. I placed cushions into the shoes but it didn't help.

This was the worst shoe I have ever ran in. I have a pair of recovery slides that I love. I thought I would love the running shoe as well. There is absolutely no support on the top half of the shoe, the whole thing is just mesh. I don't have abnormally narrow feet and I had to pull the laces all the way tight and even then they were too wide. My foot just sloshed around the whole run and actually caused a pain on the top of my foot from lack of support in the mesh on top.

I need to return these. I bought some Hokas a few months ago and they feel great so I bought another pair in a different color and style. These are not nearly supportive enough and my feet hurt just to walk in these.

I was excited to receive my first pair of Hokas, but after wearing for two days experienced significant foot pain. My arch had an unnatural support and I had to add additional insoles to even tolerate the shoe. My ankles were close to experiencing blisters by the second day. Not a comfortable shoe for me.

I always purchase Hoka One One shoes because of the fabulous arch support. However, the tongue on this shoe is sewn to the body of the shoe giving the tongue very little give. The immovability of the tongue is too tight on my foot. I am returning this shoe.

My overall feedback is negative, unfortunately. As a first time buyer of your product, I expected a lot more. For one, the size of the sneakers was way off. The website does NOT inform the customer that the sneakers run big, and to take that into account. So when I did the 'what's your size' test, and it showed my size to be a 6, it was actually more like a 5 or at most, 5.5.
The sneakers are now too big for me to wear, and I live internationally (in Dubai), which is the other problem. I have been unable to return the shoes back to the US as it costs me about $300 to do so, which negates the whole point of online shopping and 'free exchanges'. What about international customers like myself, who have issues with the product? There should be a concession made, or some sort of compensation for the already very HIGH price I have paid for the product (cost of sneakers + shipping).
I reached out to your staff, and while one response (out of about 5) was helpful, I still did not feel like your staff truly understood my situation. I even asked in my last correspondence whether there is any way for me to keep the shoes and return them whenever I return to the US, if at all possible, but no response. Basically, am looking for any way that I can not just return the shoe (as that costs me, as above), but to return it simply for another size.

I really wanted to like, actually love these shoes...but after wearing them for only 1/2 mile, I had intense pain in the toes of my left foot. Upon close inspection & actually measuring the soles of both shoes, the left shoe measured over 1/4 inch narrower than the right shoe. With such poor quality control, I didn't even want to reorder a replacement...back to Brooks for me.
