I am in love with the feel of these shoes! My feet are feeling great and my running is significantly improving. They are light and breathable but still supportive.

This might be HOKA's most versatile shoe. I have worn the CAVU for everything from tempo runs, to easy jogs, to gym / cross training workouts. Personally, I don't like to wear racing / workout flats for tempo runs. But the CAVU is a nice middle ground between a lightweight workout shoe and a cushioned trainer. I also added a pair of all white CAVU's to my closet just for walking around, running errands and casual wear.

This is a great shoe. I have several Hoka's and this is my favorite. I walk on average 25 miles a week - and this is the perfect shoe for that - especially since I have arthritis in the joints of my big toes. One note: it runs a little big. I have a size 10 but could easily fit in a 9.5. I have recommended this shoe to my family and friends.

I bought this shoe to be a lightweight, but cushioned lower mileage shoe. Love the Hupana for quick transition runs off the bike (low mileage - 1 to 2 miles), but I felt they didn't have enough cushioning for a 5k. Love the Clifton 4 for 5k to 10k distance, but they felt a little heavy off the bike. For me, the Cavu is the perfect blend of cushioning and lightweight for a 5k off the bike! Super excited to use them in an upcoming sprint triathlon!

This shoe has excellent cushion without adding a ton of weight. A good balance for Low mileage running. I love the red/grey combination though I wish Hoka wouldn’t highlight the midsole in white - sometimes looks like an orthopedic shoe! Overall, these are great.

I have been wearing these for work and they have been great. I tried them on two runs and decided they may not work the best for long runs for me (I love my Cliftons!).

Use these for running as well as everyday sneakers and I love them. Lightweight and super comfortable, while maintaining good support. Trying to resist buying them in every color...

My foot surgeon recommended this brand after three bi-lateral pinky toe surgeries (the first was botched by a different surgeon and the next two were to repair but I'm still worse off than I was before the first surgery). She said this brand would probably provide more toe room that would leave me with less pressure pain. Shoe buying is difficult because I need toe room but the rest of my foot is very narrow. A lot of wide shoes can make me feel like I'm wearing clown shoes. Buying shoes is a bit like playing Cinderella's Prince and trying to "find the right fit" and I end up returning a ton of shoes (TONS). I decided to give it a shot and ordered these and the Bondi 5. I would mostly use the Cavus for casual wear and cross-training/weightlifting. I ordered my normal size (10) even though others and the size chart recommended a half size smaller (I'm not sure if Hoka One One normally run a half size small otherwise because my Bondi 5s are also a 10 and I probably could have gone up half a size but 10.5 would have probably felt a bit too big.) Anyways, the 10s are perfect and provide adequate toe room but don't feel too big elsewhere. I feel like I won't have to really break these in compared to my Bondi 5s. I think they look very sleek and they seem well made. I think I've found my new favorite shoe brand and can't wait to order more, my feet are very happy too.

I bought these shoes based on a users review regarding shin-splints and I can honestly say, these shoes have changed my running experience. I liked them so much I bought my wife a pair and she loves them too!! I will buy a second pair in 6 months just to ensure I have them before a "new" version comes out. Also, thank you shoe designer for making a woman's shoe that is a neutral color. Love everything about these shoe.

I have heel spurs & before I wore Hoka's, I'd have soreness in my feet after a run for sometimes days. Ever since making the switch to Hoka's, the pain is gone!! Every runner who asks me, hears this story!! I highly recommend Hoka shoes & truly believe there is a Hoka shoe design for every runner! I will never run in any other shoe-why take the risk of my pain returning??

Typically I'm nervous about lightweight sneakers but this sneaker holds up exceptionally well. I suffer from sciatica flare ups and lower back pain--I didn't experience it once in the last month and a half wearing this shoe. I have a wide foot, left side is half size bigger than the other, and I love using these for my easy, tempo and distances under 13.1 miles.

I have several Hokas and this is my favorite. Good support perfect fit for women's feet. Plan to purchase another in a different color. I normally wear a 7 in tennis shoes but ordered the 6.5 since they run a little big.

I expected a great athletic shoe but had no expectations on the extra cushioning adding back comfort. It is a very positive added benefit!

Ran 13 miles with the Cavu right out of the box. Light and responsive unlike most Hoka shoes which are heavy. Colors looked great too. Love this shoe. Will buy another pair soon.

I have spent a good amount of time and money trying to find a pair of running shoes to alleviate my shin splints. I've had this pair for a few weeks now and I have been pain free! These shoes are great for running and cross training.
