These shoes are very comfortable--but they run much bigger than other Hokas. I typically wear an 8, and have worn an 8.5, in walking./running shoes. After reading the reviews, I ordered these in 7.5--and they are plenty big! I like the hibiscus (red) though the indigo to me is more gray than blue. Still fun to wear! There's less structure than other Hokas but they are lightweight and supportive enough. I may order another pair in a different color!

I bought these to replace my old Hoka’s that I used for walking. These are SO much lighter than my old pair; still give me the support I needed. The only ‘con’...the color. I ordered the Blue-Iris; they are more purple than blue.

I bought this shoe after the Speed Instinct (which was my favorite so far) was discontinued. It seemed to be closest to the SI. I am liking the Cavu so far and will more than likely buy it again, although I really miss the SI.

I have arthritis in my big toe ( hallux rigidis) so it’s important to wear a comfortable sneaker with plenty of support to do my cross training and biking. This is the most comfortable sneaker and it’s stylish too! Nice toe box, great arch support and feels comfortable when I walk.

Order about a 1/2 size down. I love the flexible upper. My feet swell a little when I run and these never give me blister because the upper “gives” a little. These are my favorite running shoes. I even wore them walking around Europe (10-12 miles a day) and never had sore feet. I’m currently training for my second marathon and love how lightweight and natural these feel (no stiff arch support, etc.). I love them so much that I purchased a pair for my Mom. Get a pair!

I love these shoes but unfortunately they definitely run big. I wear a size 8 and in walking/running shoes I usually get a 1/2 size larger. This time that didn’t work. I am keeping these shoes and just wearing thicker socks!!

I've never written a review before, but these shoes really deserve some praise. I use these both for runs (4-8 miles) and for gym workouts. They are fantastic. I have dealt with shin splints in the past, but wearing the Cavu's has helped a lot. I'm able to quite literally go the extra few miles, and my shin pain has significantly reduced. I would buy them again! Or maybe another pair just dedicated to running. You should buy them too! Thanks, Hoka!

Great shoes! Very roomy. I probably could have gone with a half size smaller, but for summer - when feet tend to swell, it was nice to have a little extra room. I have plantar fasciitis and bought these for working long days on my feet. They were a life saver!

I was looking for a less clunky and big women’s Hoka One One. Cavu answered the call. This 10.5 is 1/2 size larger than the same size in Clifton and Bondi. Returning for a 10.

I'm an avid walker - 5+ miles a day. I switched to another brand shoe and what a regret! My feet suffered out of a Hoka!!! I went back to Hoka and this style and no more pain!!! Hoka for LIFE!! Dont ever switch brands - trust me - you will regret it!!

Really eager to try these shoes, I was a big fan of the Tracer, and since they have similar specs I thought I'd give them a try. These were great! They initially don't look like a neutral shoe, but once you run in them, they feel light and not highly cushioned. Definitely recommend!

I didn't like many of the colors this year. I switched from the Bondi as my foot injury is healing and needed a sturdier shoe. I like the feel, and I wear them 12 hours a day. Would like more colors and please don't change the shoe. If it isn't broke don't fix it!

I bought these shoes to supplement my other Hokas. I wanted something I could travel with that would work for running and for running around town. My Cliftons can be a bit bulky when packing. These fit the bill just perfect. I can still have the comfort of Hoka for running and walking. I use these on and off as I have an issue with my big toe and my Cliftons have a bit bigger toe box.
Love these shoes and I just flew around my regular route, perk of them being so lightweight.
