This is my first pair of Hokas. I have been eyeballing them for years now and tried some on at race expos but never really took the leap and bought them...until now. These were on sale so I figured if they were not a good shoe for me then no harm done. I used them for my shorter runs initially. Four miles and my feet and legs felt amazing. Then moved on to the longer runs. I am now HOOKED ON HOKA. I look forward to my next pair.

I've just started using the Cavu. I loved the price. It worked great for a tempo run and intervals with the middle schoolers that I coach. I imagine doing track workouts in these as well and general road running. I probably won't take these on the trails too much. The only possible fault is that I'd prefer a layer of tougher rubber on the bottom. I fear these will wear out quickly from the bottom up.

The shoes fit well and are comfortable. I wish the shoes had the little loop on the back as my other two pairs had. It makes it easier to put on the shoes when you have arthritis in your feet.

I love how light this shoe feels on. It's actually two ounces lighter than my previous Hokas.

Shoes are comfortable and light. Will probably stay with this brand from now on because of how my knee and achilles issues have cleared up since wearing them.

I have purchased several pairs of HOKA hiking boots and running shoes prior to finding these. They are my favorites. I have a modest size arch and these fit my foot beautifully. They're light weight, but sturdy and they look fairly stylish. I walk 5-12 miles daily and my feet still feel fine at the end of the day. I've put over 500 miles on my first pair and they're still holding up. I ordered the second pair to wear on the 500 mile Camino Trail and have full confidence that they'll hold up equally well.

I bought these to support my foot while recovering from a broken 5th metatarsal on the recommendation of my orthopedic doctor once I was able to put weight on my foot again. I personally hate sneakers & seldom wear them or spend a lot of money on them. This shoe is So comfortable I bought another pair in black, since I needed to wear them for the next several months while my foot continues to heal. I feel so good wearing them! Now if they could make cute Mary Jane's or other stylish shoes with this foot bed & support, I'd be a client for life! I feel like these gray ones & the black will go with any outfit as i recover (I'm a classroom teacher). If you're unsure about these, I encourage you to try them & if you don't like them, return them. As a non-runner who needed them for a different purpose, I think they are amazing!

I love my new Hokas. My husband has purchased two pairs from you and raves about the comfort. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Hokas fit my feet perfectly. The size 9 leaves plenty of room for my toes and does not feel too wide. So often shoes are too wide or too short. My new shoes are very comfortable.

My ortho surgeon recommended these sneakers after my foot surgery. A year later, I've purchased another pair! So comfortable and long lasting for walking. I would definitely keep purchasing items from this Hoka!!!

The Cavu fits wider than the Tracer. I love this shoe for a mid-distance training runs and light speed workouts. I wore these recently for a 9-mile aerobic run that incorporated 1-minute pick-ups at betwen 5k-10k pace. They are light enough and have enough cushion for a half marathon. Not ideal underfoot for runs longer than ~14 or so miles.

Once you purchase the correct size, I went from my usual 8 to a 7, they are fabulous. Yes, however, they are a narrower, shoe. Not sure why. In the next edition, KEEP THE ENTIRE SHOE THE SAME, except make it a regular B width. I do not have wide feet, actually opposite, yet my larger foot is definitely tighter. Bit the upper is so light and breathable it works ok.

This is a great, low profile shoe. Provides excellent movement/bend in the sole. I replaced the included insoles with Superfeet to improve arch support as the included insoles have truly minimal support.
