I loved the look and style of this shoe but just could not get it to fit. I first ordered a size 8, my normal size, but it was too short. Then I tried the 8 and !/2 and it was still too small. Finally, I hoped the size 9 would be just right. No, it was too big! No Goldilocks moment for me! Thank you Zappos for the excellent service.

This was the most unbearable shoe that I've ever tried on. The reviews mentioned that it runs small, so I ordered larger than I usually wear. It was still WAY TOO small. Also, this shoe was very stiff with no cushion at all. It's a cute shoe, but it's going back.

The shoes were cute but the arch support was too rigid--it felt like I was walking on golf balls. Not the shoes for me.

TALK ABOUT CONCRETE SLIPPERS. These sneakers could have been used by the mob in the 40's! Wow....way too heavy! I am sticking with Skechers.

They ran a bit big. They kept slipping off my heel. Really wanted them to work because the style is great.

I wish I would have read all the reviews before making the purchase. While the shoe has good arch support it is not in the right position (at least for my foot) I am a 9W. The heel back is extremely low and does not hold on to your heel when walking. As the back of the shoe kept slipping as I walked... I suspect I would have a blister in no time. As the fabric pattern was darling....disappointed they did not fit.

These, as many sneakers tend to do, sit low on the heel, resulting in heel slippage. Sizing down won't eliminate this issue. Style was different and I liked the color options....but it was not meant to be!

I'm looking for a casual sneaker that will have more support than Converse but still has some cool factor. My feet aren't as young as they used to be but my style hasn't changed. I'm also very active and need supportive shoes that can go anywhere on a moment's notice. I love my Taos Trophy sandals, so I thought Taos would be a good brand for me. I read a lot of reviews of the different Taos options before selecting the Plim Soul because it was regarded as having good support. I was so disappointed in this shoe. I wear a 9, but I'm on the smaller size of 9, so I was surprised that these felt too small and that my big toe was rubbing right up against the top/front. The insoles take up most of the inside of the shoe. This caused my foot to be very high in the shoe. I felt I was ON it, not IN it. I tried swapping out for one of my lower profile insoles and it wasn't any better. The color was nice but that's about the only good thing I have to say about this shoe.

Where was the comfort? These shoes were hard as rocks - or maybe bricks.

I think these are the cutest shoes and couldn't wait to get them. Unfortunately, I had to return them. Something about the footbed under my feet was so uncomfortable and felt kind of lumpy or something. Very big disappointment!

The rubber used for the Plim Soul put off an offensive "rubber odor" that i could smell when I put them on and for the short while I wore them in my house. i l left them out of the box into the open air for several days and the rubber odor was still there and i could smell it when I walked into the room. The Plim Soul was not comfortable as it felt hard, flat and no arch support. Really cute shoe, but was not for me.

I loved the look, and the prospect of the arch support? I was so excited! But, So sad to say that these do not fit like the Taos shoes. Fit was small, and extremely narrow width, but what was so perplexing was that it was made for people with feet that have no depth to them! I had the laces all expanded out...with barely enough to tie them, and could barely get my feet in them, much less tied. My feet border on being narrow, size 8! I fit a normal Taos show that's a size 8 so this was most depressing to have to send these back

Fit was good, nice to have cute tennis shoes with arch support. These are my go-tos when traveling and don't want to wear my bulky Hokas. I can do a fair amount of walking with these and still be comfortable thanks to the arch support. Canvas is nice for hot days.

I love these shoes! I have them in 3 different color combinations. They look great and hav eteh perfet amount of support. I wish Taos would make more of their shoes in wide widths. These are great!

I love Taos brand! You can always count on comfort, style and fit. I plan on wearing these cute sneakers with a gray pinstriped denim midi skirt. Highly recommend.

These are just the tiniest bit dorky, but they are comfy as all get-out and boy, can you get out in them! I wore a year-old pair on a 5-day trip to Vancouver where I walked 8-20 miles per day with no issue. I wore out before my feet did!

I'm usually a 10W in shoes but had to size up to 11W in these. The fit is comfortable and the arch support is great. The shoes are super cute - the perfect casual sneaker to pair with a wide legged pair of jeans.

These are super cute and offer good arch support. I have plantar fasciitis and the arch support hits in just the right spot. Love the 3 neutral colors. I have gotten lots of compliments.

I previously tried this same shoe in 8M and 8.5M but neither of those sizes fit. The 8M fit lengthwise but it felt too tight and the bumps in the insole felt like they weren't hitting in the right spots on my foot. The 8.5M was too long; my heel kept slipping and it was a really uncomfortable shoe. I knew from reading reviews that these shoes sometimes feel too narrow, so I decided to try a 8W even though I don't typically wear Wide shoes. Turns out the 8W fit perfectly! I love the look of the shoes along with the firm support of the insoles.

I sized up a half size and it fit perfectly. I need wide shoes, so was grateful this style had wide as an option! The half size down fit ok in the length, but it was too tight top to bottom on the front of my foot. Love this style!
