As reported by other reviewers, this shoe runs about a half size small. I usually wear a 10 and ordered both a 10 and a 10.5; the 10.5 was a great fit. I have cranky 59 year old feet - and a lot of toe pain on/in my left foot - and it’s getting harder and harder to find comfortable shoes. I got these a day before leaving for a 3 day music festival (outdoors, on gravel) and they proved their worth almost immediately, when our 3 hour airport/plane adventure became a 9 hour airport/plane adventure/nightmare. I was skeptical that the relatively narrow platform on these sneakers would work for me, but something about the great arch support, wide toe box and style worked magic, and I wore these shoes - almost exclusively - for four days straight. I tried wearing my OTBT and Fly London platform sandals, too, but ended up going back to the Taos Plimsouls. Just as an FYI: for comfort, I usually wear Hoka Cliftons (size 9.5) but I wanted something that looked like an old school sneaker (I’ve never been able to wear Chucks). I’m 5’ 8” and about 145 lbs.

I am in love with these shoes! I have plantar fasciitis and tendonitis and these shoes are incredible. It's always hard to find cute shoes with my foot issues, but these are both cute and comfortable. Right out of the box the canvas material was very comfy. I had originally planned to remove the insoles and replace them with orthotics but I don't think that will be necessary as these provide excellent heel and arch support. The insole is a little thin by the toes/ball of the foot, but all-in-all I can't wait to wear these more and more.

I loved this shoe, but really need a 6.5 wide, which is not an option. It seems the wide options in this shoe begin at 7.

Wore them for the first time today and love them. I ordered the same size as my running shoes (which is 1/2-1 size larger than my normal size for casual and dress shoes) and they fit perfectly. They are not as comfy as the running shoes I wore all during the pandemic, but their excellent arch support make them very comfortable for casual social occasions.

I have a lot of these Taos canvas shoes. I order a whole size up because there is no 1/2 size. I have a narrow foot, medium is fine. The curves & pods are great for my flat feet. I have tendinitis also. Wish there were more colors. Just a great shoe.

I absolutely LOVED the look of this shoe. I put them on; perfect fit, great support and super cute, so I I tied them up. THEN I stood up and walked across the room, left heel slips up and down. I kept saying to myself, “you’re imagining it, they’re perfect”, but sigh, here I am printing the return. ?

I always wear a size 9. However, I have the Star style in size 9. Loved the shoe and the arch support however my toes go right to the end of the shoe. Not enough toe room for long term wear. I ordered the size 9.5 in the Plim Soul. . The size 9.5 for my size 9 foot works well. Plenty of toe room. I love the comfort and style of Taos shoes but I don't understand why the cut is so short in the toe area in the appropriate size.

Took insole out and put my custom made insoles in. I don’t look like an d woman with my cool sneakers!! Perfect fit and super comfortable!

Taos fit my like a glove. The support is like I’ve experienced in any other shoe.

I was pleasantly surprised that the shoe did actually have arch support. I struggle with plantar fasciitis and arch support is really important. I'm still not sure if it is enough support for me but definitely has way more than most shoes in this style. They are really cute!

These shoes were a little tight the first time I put them on. I wore them around the house for an hour or so and they loosened up. These shoes are very comfortable. I am picky about comfort and I love these!

This is my 1st pair of Taos and I love them! I have a flat foot which makes finding shoes difficult most of the time; however these shoes are so comfortable!

Awesome shoes. Have tons of support. I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit great.
