Love it. One suggestion is to make the tongue a little longer.

This is my 5th pair of PureFlow 7's and I love them. They are light but supportive and very comfortable.

Ideal comfort for the gym or when I need to be on my feet for long hours at work. Like the new styling. Color works with just about any clothing.

Great comfort, still gives me the support I need especially when I run side to side and backpedal as I'm a college and pro referee. Took me only a couple weeks to break them in. Highly recommend this shoe.

Great shoe! I have a high arch; this shoe is a perfect fit & I like that it helps me feel the pavement.

Not a runner but a cyclist due to knee issues. These shoes work really well as bike shoes or just for everyday wear. Very comfortable.

I've had about 20 pairs of Pureflows over the past few years. Definitely a great shoe! Lightweight, flexible, very comfortable - and I can feel the ground beneath my feet, which is a GOOD thing. The 4mm drop is just right for me. (I've tried zero-drop shoes & they didn't work for me.) My biggest concern? I hear Brooks is coming out with a Pureflow 8, but when?? I still have another pair of 7's in the closet, but once I've run through those? (Typically I get 250-300 miles, which is 3-4 months.) I've been a loyal Brooks customer - but will I have to start looking elsewhere?

Have been really happy with these shoes and have owned the last few editions. This version is my favorite so far.

Great shoe for runners needing a minimalist neutral shoe. These are my second pair of Brooks Pureflow 7. The toebox is a little tighter than my 1st pair but I would purchase them again.

I run 40-55 miles a week, many of which are on roads. These shoes are very comfortable. The design is sleek with nothing unnecessary added. They feel well-molded to my feet and are a great combination of stiff (for energy return and springiness) and flexible (for comfort and responsiveness). I've used the Pure Grit series for trail running, and this is my first pair of Pure Flows -- very happy with them, and seems like a similar foot shape and feel. I hope Brooks doesn't change the design too much because these are now my go to road shoes and I plan to buy more pairs.

If you're a fan of minimalist type shoes, these are it. They're very close to the feel of running barefoot but with plenty of cushion. I've only gone as far as 15 miles at once in them, but overall I'm absolutely thrilled with these shoes!

This is a perfect shoe for me. I have a slightly wider foot and normal arch along with a mid foot strike. The cushion is just right, not too much and not too little. I've had several iterations of this model and ran multiple half marathons, triathlons, and shorter distances without any problems. I use to run 6:30-7 min/miles but that's in the past. I still like these shoes and highly recommend.

The proof the Pure Flow?s are one of the best running shoe on the market is that i have purchased this shoe from Brooks 17 times over the years and have logged 1000s of miles on them. I keep going back for more.

Great shoe! Got it for Christmas and they got me the same size as my Brooks Launch 4. The width was great but the PureFlow 7's were a little long in the toe box. Currently working with Customer service on an exchange for a half size down as directed by one of their reps on a chat. That being said, it is part of the Connect line and it is very direct as far as impact goes. Coming from Launch it is much less cushion but you definitely feel what's underneath you which I like. I had a tendency of rolling my ankle in the Launch but no chance of that in these. You can also really feel the energy return in these, almost like a spring in your step but not in an annoying way. I really appreciate their customer service in taking care of the exchange. Most shoe manufacturers don't give you that ability.

Great shoe!! I have run in the Pure Flow for years, and I think 7 is the best version yet. It's a fast, light shoe that is surprisingly durable.

Such a comfortable fit! I've been wearing the PureFlow for a couple of years now and still enjoy its comfort on both short and long runs. Please don't make too many changes to the next version.
