Love them!! Had Ghost 11?s prior, and loved the extra room in the toe area , but these are super comfy as well.

Was looking for something light and fast with low drop and good connection to the ground for speed work and possibly racing. Coming from a more cushioned experience (e.g., Adrenaline), I was hesitant to move into the PureFlow, but I am now converted. After several track workouts and a few road/path up-tempo runs, I think I'm ready to give these a go on a longer race-pace run. If you are looking for a light and fast shoe with just enough cushion, the PureFlow7 are a great choice.

Used purely for road/path running. They have been great. When I first used them, it felt like I was running with clouds under my feet. These are a solid pair. I've primarily used them to run under 3+ miles per day.

Great shoe, but then, I've been running on Pure Flow since the first one (which I don't believe was numbered). It's the perfect shoe for me which probably accounts for the fact that I've had more than 10 pairs of these!

Love these. Was worried when Pure Cadence was discontinued, but these are light and have a low material minimalist feel that I like.

Really like how versatile the PureFlow 7 is. I'm on my second pair (350+ miles on the first one) and it provides a lot of bang for the buck. I've only run up to six miles with it so I can't comment on the cushioning for longer distances but so far, so good.

Great choice for the neutral runner looking for a shoe that connects with the road. Trainer or racer compatible. I've been loyal to the Flow for several years now! If you're a Ghost or Launch fan, try this shoe.

Great performance of all the shoes I've used training for ultra marathons. Responsive and light. Good cushioning for 200-250 miles. Best in series since generation 3. Definitely worth picking up. Brooks keeps these roomy in the toes and it's just a well balanced shoe.

I am not a runner... I subscribe to HIIT philosophy and use these for sprinting. Pureflow 7's have an excellent fit and form while offering responsive cushioning ideal for mid/forefoot strike. In my experience Brooks running shoes are about a 1/2 size smaller when compared to ASICS.

I love the light weight and the way the shoe encourages me to stay up on my toes.

I ran in Ravennas for years before I took the Brooks shoe finder quiz to find a shoe that would last longer and prevent the overuse injuries that I always seem to encounter when I start tapering for marathons. The Pureflow has not disappointed. I'm about to buy my third pair and I've been injury free for a year and a half. The toe box gets holes somewhat quickly, but that doesn't impair the function of the shoe. I bought the men's version since the women's version is apparently narrow. No blisters or chafing.

Its been a great model for me since its first version, understand its not the most popular shoe but it has a good balance of support, weight, and durability.

The pureflow 1 was my favorite and first running shoe and I loved it. I'm glad to say that even after taking a couple years off of running going back to my favorite shoe has not dissapointedQ

Love the PF7, have 2 pair. Also have 2 pairPF2 and 1 pIr PF6. Wear all of them. Been wearing Brooks since 1974 when I first started running. Those shoes were blue with orange trim.

Between the not-too-much and not-to-little arch support and the low drop of the Pure line of shoes, these have been my go-to shoe for training and amateur half marathons. I dealt with plantar fasciitis for a year, even talking breaks from running altogether for a time, but nothing nothing helped. Once I tried the old pure connect (1st generation), the planter fasciitis was gone in 2 weeks. With Brooks diminishing the pure line, I tried other brands, and the foot pain came back. The pure flow still does a great job letting me run in foot comfort.

Great fitting shoe!! I was thinking this would a more casual workout and running shoe, but there is more cushioning than I expected. Works great for longer runs and that's awesome!
