I love this shoe, I took them out of the box and jogged a 10K no issues. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the style, but as my husband reminds me...its about taking care of my feet, so I'll deal.

Definitely need a 1/2 size larger.

If you're dealing with callouses, toe boxe size is good. Arch support is "okay" for plantar fasciitis. Might need an insert, still evaluating after a few days. Order a 1/2 size bigger than your usual size.

I agree with others that this iteration of this model is not as good as prior versions. Doesn’t mean I don’t like the shoe i do. But I will use more for urban walking than trail. It doesn’t have the same footbed of older model which i found better for trails

I thought I would love these after trying so many different athletic shoes without success. However, I am returning 4 of the 5 pair I ordered because of the material and sizing. The weave of the material is not very supportive and picks up weed seeds and small dirt clutter that I cannot remove. It is not very attractive either. Also, the Medium width is too large for me. I really need a women's size 12.5 but those are not available in this style. The shoe does look very masculine, but all black works for me since I do not like the very bright colors that many athletic shoes come in. Fitting my large foot has always been a problem, and I do love Zappos for making my shopping easier. Quick purchases and free shipping and returns is the answer to my finding the perfect shoe. Great feel but half size too small. I’ve always been a 9 in this shoe but the new model the 9 is a wee bit too small.

I ordered the "Star Spangle" adrenaline to train for the navy/air force half marathon since they look so patriotic, and I've been running in Brooks Ghosts for years. Always a size 9 in ghosts, so that's what I ordered for the adrenaline. Unfortunately it runs at least 1/2 size too big, so I sent it back. Additionally, heel cup is more firm than ghost. I'm gonna stick with the ghosts for now. So much for trying to change it up!

Love the shoe and it seemed to be a great fit when I first tried it on. However, after wearing it a bit, I find my foot shifts forward and pushes my toes against the front. Would buy 1/2 size larger next time.

this is a mixed review, i love my GTS 17, so i got these!! These are completely different!! At first i was shocked and almost sent them back, but they are very comfortable . so here are a few changes, -- toe box is narrower (but still roomy enough) -- more padding for the toes and fore foot (thats a plus) -- over all softer with more cushioning -- heel not quite as stabilized -- lighter shoe overall -- and for some mysterious reason the shoes laces are way to short, for 120 dollars seems a little cheep.

I liked the looks of this shoe - loved the color. The size was accurate, but the toe box was low and a bit too snug. Meanwhile the EE width felt narrower than marked. I bought the shoes for walking,and perhaps my expectations were incorrect that a running shoe would feel similar to a walking shoe. I found the GTS 18 too inflexible.

I have worn Brooks shoes for over 20 years. I order a new pair about every 6 months. This is my 2nd pair of the redesigned Adrenaline. When the shoes were delivered, I took off my previous pair to try the new ones on. My only complaint is the shoe strings on the new pair are about 3.5 inches shorter than my older pair. ( I did take both laces out to compare.) I'm not sure if this a fluke, or a change. I do like the longer shoe laces.

Narrow foot-didn’t fit. You can actually tell just from looking at them how wide they are through the toe. Also they run short.

I usually wear a 10 I had to get these in a 10.5.

Love the GTS 18, but had to go up a full size for proper fit.

Runs small

These shoes are about a half size too small. I realized this too late for my first pair. I have now ordered the next half size up. Finding a narrow width sneaker that also looks good is not easy. The arch support was not relevant since I use orthotics in almost all of my shoes.

Since I developed knee problems, I went back to walking and stopped buying running shoes for awhile. I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis and foot pain for some time and am trying out brooks again since they were always my go to running shoe. So far the support from the sole has been amazing. I’m hoping this is what I need. I also love the how breatheable the mesh upper is. It keeps my feet cool and comfortable. I’m very pleased so far.

I was disappointed by the new GTS 18. The streamlined look comes at the expense of comfort and stability. On my wide foot, it is very slightly narrower than the GTS 17. The sole feels hard, especially in the forefoot. It doesn't hold my foot in place as well, is less supportive, and definitely less comfortable. I plan to buy another pair of the GTS 17's while I still can and hope that the GTS 19 will be better.

Most years I buy at least 2 pairs of the GTS of that year. While 18 is not as wonderful as 17 because of the new shoe materials, it has to do. I have flat, moderately wide feet with bunion/hammertoe,and there's just not a lot of choice. Thanks to Zappos, I tried many pairs of Sauconys and Asics looking for better style (and even went to a store! (Walking Company, tried the Abeos). So these are the best. However, I have custom orthotics and so I size up a half size and then I can walk for miles. I find the wides sell out quickly and so I need to be quicker when the 19s come out....

i typically wear brooks transcend, however, i was looking to try a less expensive option. when wearing adrenaline, i don't feel as much arch support or stability as with the glycerine. it looks nice and seems as durable, but my foot doesn't feel as stable.

As usual with sneakers, I order one size larger than a regular shoe, and they fit just fine. I appreciate the arch support, which I need and which is quite good. I would love it if the toe box was a little larger, but I think the look of this shoe is modern and attractive.

I love the look of this sneaker! Only downside is I still have to use an insole to minimize foot pain.

This shoe was a little heavier that I like and a my heel slipped. I have a normal size foot. Had to return

Very similar to the GTS 17, though seemed slightly more cushioned. Nice look and fit.

I love running in these shoes. I have foot pain with most shoes, but I’m able to increase my mileage comfortably while wearing these. Overall I wish they were a little more stylish, just not my favorite colors and patterns, but they work so well for me it’s worth the compromise.
