I ordered these in the black, and the material of the uppers are totally different, and these with the crazy speckled color seem a half size shorter then the black ones.

Super cute shoe. A lil pricey, but comfortable and sturdy.

I LOVE the way this shoe looked - so cute - -and like someone else said, it makes a LARGE foot not look so large. I wear an 11 1/2, so I ordered a 12 - - just a tad too tight at the toes (those darned long toes) - so I returned and got a 13. Just too roomy and felt like my foot was swimming - -SOOO - I sold them to my male friend who wears a men's 11. HA He loves them!!!

Like other reviewers have noted, this seems to be a totally different version from the GTS 17. I just received these, and all I can say is that they are very cushioned, I prefer the stiffer ride of the 17's, but with time I might grow accustomed to the new feel. I also felt that the 17's were narrower in the toe box, which is good for me, these seem a bit wider. The black looks much better on then in the box.

I normally wear a size 6.5-7 in a running shoes. I was encouraged to size up to a 7. This shoe was a full size too big , ugh.

this shoe does not come close to the support of the Ariel 16. its a cute shoe , but after a few hours my foot pain returns. it seems better suited when a dress type sneaker is appropriate. great colors options. I really wish I could have my Ariel 16 back. I would buy it over and over again.

Good support

I really liked the look of these shoes when I received them. I have a narrow foot and bought an 8 1/2 and a 9, both narrow. Both sizes were big in the heel and slipped when I tried them on. I was surprised by that since they are a narrow shoe. If you don't have a narrow heel, I think you are good with them!

These shoes were comfortable and provided decent support but they were too clunky for my taste. They do have a nice wide toe box, if that's important to you.

The fit is what I would expect--close and supportive with enough space for my toes--and bunion! The stretchy, porous upper helps with that , and also I ordered a WW. They are my first pair of running shoes, and I will use them primarily for walking and future general exercise. The color is more fun than anything in my current small shoe wardrobe (I chose the navy/teal/mint). By the way, they are my first pair of Brooks, also. I like them.

I loved the style and color. The sizing just didn't fit my foot. The 8.5 felt a little to snug and the 9 a little to large.

I like the changes to the Adrenaline GTS 18 (wider toe box, more cushioning, lighter in weight (???)) BUT I was disappointed that Brooks did away with a fairly recent improvement: the clear rubber reinforcement just where your big toenail hits the top of the show. I had worn holes in sooooo many Adrenaline shoes, right in that spot, well before the shoe was close to its replacement date. I had never ever done that in any shoe, just the Adrenalines. The fit was fine, but my toenail wore through the fabric, too early, every time. And no, I do not have an unusually long big toe, or toenail. Now in the GTS 18 that little bit of extra rubber is gone, replaced with a slightly tighter weave mesh on top of the shoe, in the same spot. I'm dubious that the fabric will hold up. Time will tell.

I like the look. You can feel the support as they are a little stiff but I figure that’s what makes them a stability shoe

These shoes are really cute in the silver/gray/pink. They do run short and narrow. I ordered up 1/2 size and they are just barely long enough. Would need to order up even more if I wore heavy socks. I ordered a wide, and they are still rather narrow, with a small toebox. The stability is good, as is the cushioning. Shoe does well with my plantar fasciitis.

These are wonderful shoes in so many ways. They look great--no garish colors. They're light and cushioned and supportive--everything I need in a shoe--and the pronation correction is not overdone. I once had an earlier Brooks stability shoe that felt like logs on my feet and these do not. My problem with the GTS 18 is the toe box. It's very tapered and quite shallow. My big toe was right up against the edge of the shoe and after ten minutes of wear the tops of my small toes were sore. I found the toe box short, narrow, and slightly too tapered. This is partly due to the shape of my old feet, with world class bunions. I don't know whether I need a half size larger or the same size in wide, or a half size larger in wide. So I ordered all three. I will keep one of them because I love them, but I wish they weren't so short and/or tight in the toe box. If I find a size that fits perfectly I will buy several colors. In the meantime I am relying on my old friends the Saucony Guide 10, but they are out of production and the "replacement" of course is not the same.

I wear a 9-2A in normal shoes. I ordered the 10.5 2A. This shoe fit. Great arch. Very stable. Great shoe for overpronation. The toe box is very liberal. Maybe too liberal. I did not dislike shoe but color was just not me. They only had Navy/teal/mint in stock so I will send them back.

Style was as expected. Fit ran a bit smaller than last pair I had- size up half. I wish they would expand their color range for narrow but beggars can’t be choosers! Zappos is the best though and their customer service is top notch.

Shoe looks great, soft and comfy. I am a SEVERE overpronator with very high arches. This shoe lacks the support that I need. Feel everything in my knees which is not good.

Honestly, the Brooks did not feel like an athletic shoe. The material had a lot of flex though appearance was very pleasing. The shoes ran wide, but especially so in the toe box. I would have preferred more support than the cushiness they had.

brooks adrenaline user for long time. feet have changed a bit but also new balance fresh foam is a better choice for me.

I have to wear shoes that can accommodate my brace and Brooks shoes have triple depth soles that can accomplish this. I usually wear the Addiction line, but there are so few colors in that line, I decided to try the Adrenaline line. It's comfortable, does accommodate my brace and looks good. That being said, the laces were too short so I replaced them and the construction is such that I don't think they'll last as well as my Addictions have.

Really small. I am normally 8 or 8 1/2. I would need these in 9 or maybe even 9 1/2.

This shoe replaces the old Ravenna 8. Do not get Ravenna 9 if looking for previous feeling from the Ravenna. It has slightly less stability than the former Ravennas and is slightly lighter, but close. I called Brooks to confirm as well.

These are my first Adrenaline shoes. I did a lot of research as I have very flat feet and battle with plantar fasciitis. I wanted a shoe that didn’t require me to put different arch supports in. I wish there were a little more arch support but that is my only complaint. They are extremely comfortable. I did go up half a size from my usual shoe size and the fit is perfect.

Different from the gts 17 in the feel but I still love these wide foot shoes
