You need to order 1 size larger than you wear. I have always bought New Balance but with wrong size i may look somewhere else to buy my shoes.

My son has be wearing this same style for years. He is developmentally disabled and has trouble with tie shoes. It also provides great support. Please never stop making this shoe!

We were looking for shoes to wear around the house that were easy on and off. These certainly fit the bill!! They have the New Balance support my husband needs and you can't get any better with easy on and off. With a size 16 narrow it is not easy to find shoes. Thank you New Balance for offering a variety of style and types of shoes as my husband doesn't really wear any other brand.

It is a great shoe for my father in law who his bunions are so bad that very few shoes fit him.

These shoes are more comfortable than similar shoes of the same style. Arthritis makes "lace up" shoes difficult for me to wear. The feel and fit are excellent. I bought two pair, one in each color. I will purchase these shoes for replacements in the future.

These are very comfortable shoes, I was not sure about the hook and loop fasteners but they work very well.

I had a pair of this style and loved them. Tying is difficult for me and Velcro solves that problem. They are comfortable, don't look too casual and comfortable. Will purchase again.

My son, who wears 10.5 4E, is hard to fit. He has worn the 928v3 model for years. The insole is removable so this model accommodates his orthotics.

My shoes fit just right I like the Xx Wide . My foot dosn't move all around hi arches .

Have had success with NB narrow shoes for years, so bought the H&L pair this time. These shoes are everything I hoped for / expected! As my "all everything" shoes, they're easy on my feet - adjustably snug, flexible, and reasonably weather-proof. They are also quite stable on the varied surfaces encountered while walking my canine Viking! They very likely are going to be a repeat buy.

Shoes are great, no break-in time and true to size

These shoes are pricey but were worth the money because they fit my husband's swollen feet. Such a relief to finally find a pair of shoes that he can wear when he goes outdoors. It also helps that they are sturdy and well made and should last for a while.

I have been purchasing this shoe for many years. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs so a comfortable shoe that is easy to get on while looking stylish as well is hard to find. I highly recommend this shoe that fits all my requirements.

I have a fused back and cannot bend over to tie shoes. These allow me to continue exercising. I'm on my third pair and will keep buying more forever. I love them!
