Love them. Only buy your shoes. It was tough when you were out of them. Please keep them in stock.

My father could no longer reach to tie his shoes, so we were looking for ones with Velcro. We visited the store and were disappointed that they don't stock them. (It seems you can only get them online.) But the staff were great, showed him the same model but with the laces, and had him try them on, so we knew the size. He was hesitant about getting shoes he wasn't able to try on first and wouldn't order them for himself, so my sis and I got them for him for Father's Day. He texted us a couple days later saying he loves them! Not only are they so much easier to get on, he says they are very comfortable and he feels stable in them. I feel so much better knowing he's safe in these shoes because he's not walking around with untied laces or slip on shoes, both of which could cause him to trip and fall. Thanks New Balance!

I walk 10 miles a day, 4 days a week, dealing with plantar fasciitis. Coupled with custom orthotics, these shoes really help!

My shoes are Velcro ties. As a 75 year old, I need a shoe with a practical design, no flanges on the side to trip over. The interior of the shoe is soft and forgiving, very easy to use! Great purchase

I always look for these shoes before buying any others. The hook and loop closure makes them quick and easy to get on and off. They have great arch support and are of excellent quality. Love them!!

I am a BIG dude who has always struggled to find shoes which are not only wide enough but also are stable giving me a good foundation. These shoes really have. Very satisfied with the purchase and quick delivery. The only thing which would make me even more satisfied is if the same shoe was offered with laces instead of hook and loop.

At 90 years of age I have arthritis in my fingers and hands, making it difficult to manage strings on my shoes. These work perfectly. It is nice to be able to cut the straps to the length that works best for me.

A Registered Nurse supervising a Foot Care Clinic recommended the New Balance 928 to me & now it is the only model of shoe I wear. I now have a collection of different colours in hook & loop and tie versions and most of the fool issues are now gone. Thank you & please keep the 928 available!

After two hip replacements, bending to put on and take off shoes is a challenge and these shoes with Velcro fasteners really help. These replaced a year old pair after daily use!

I use these for walking "EVERYWHERE" all the time. I've rarely had a pair that didn't match the previous quality and last as long.

I have not used these shoes yet. But I have an identical pair and I am very happy with them. I purchased them because I have an weird size and I was having lots of trouble finding my size and when I did I jumped on it. I thought the price was too high but I got them anyway, see above.

I really like my New Balance shoes with Velcro fasteners. I have purchased many pairs in the past and for a 77 year old as I am they are great!

My husband is at the rehab with swollen feet and this shoes is very helpful. Velcro is perfect for him instead of shoelace and easy to clean bec it is leather you can just wipe it.

I have trouble bending to tie shoes these shoes solved my issue they easy to put on and comfortable to wear.

I am an older man 59 years old I need New Balances outstanding qualities for walking and standing comfortably. I have been buying New Balance for years now and depend on comfort and reliability.

This is my 3rd pair of these. They wear good and keep their shape. They give good support and are comfortable. The only reason to retire my 2nd pair was because the velcro was getting old, but they still lasted a long, long time. The velcro straps are the only way to go.

Availability in wider width has enabled me to accommodate special made inserts for my feet! Diabetic neuropathy is the culprit of my need for a wider shoe!
