I purchased these in the light brown. Didn't like the color, so returned and ordered the blue. Unfortunately my toe hits the end. My fault for not trying the first pair however, how they don't have the color I want in the size I need. I love Zappos. I purchase shoes for my husband, and myself. Great company!

I've worn Keen for my hiking needs. I ordered these for my urban walking, sidewalks/blacktop trails, wanting less tread and bulk. The fit in the toe box is excellent as they usually are as I have a B-C kinda of foot. But the heal was too wide, my foot slid up and down-even with thicker socks. Weird? That is the heavier socks didn't help. Maybe the shoe is too stiff?

I love Keen shoes & sandals. I’d read lots of reviews about the Presidio II so I was aware it was risky to order them. In fact, I found that the back of the shoe is much too big to the point where, with each step, my heel raised halfway up out of the shoe. So I will be returning them?

I was disappointed in this shoe. It is stiff, laces too long and don't fit snug on my heal.

UNCOMFORTABLY STIFF- Great looking shoe, nice red color, nice style, fit ok, but so stiff I couldn't walk in them. Sent them back. Disappointed.

Loved the look and feel of these shoes. Only problem was my heels kept slipping and this was while walking around the house. Tried my thickest socks and my heels still slipped. Not sure why, since they seemed to fit well otherwise. Anyway, had to return them.

With my size 5 feet, I almost never get a pair of shoes that are too small (usually the opposite problem) but my toes were pressing against the front of these. Oddly, they were too short but also a little wide. I have other Keen shoes, and size 5 has worked for me. Sad to return. Loved the versatile color (gray) and they were cute.

Unfortunately, as much as I like the style and look of the shoe it just wasn't the right fit. I wear a size 8 but had to return it and get a half size larger. When that arrived it had enough room like the other size 8 shoes I've worn, but when taking a few steps in the 8 1/2 shoe the back part of the shoe was too loose and my heel kept coming out of the shoe. As mentioned in other reviews the shoe lace is rather long and the type of shoe lace is not appropriate for the shoe. That kind of lace would be better for casual shoes and not one that appears to be made for a lot of walking in. This is my second return for this shoe. It didn't used to be this way, but now I'm having trouble online finding a shoe that is true to size. I think I'll go back to a physical store to get a better fit. I appreciate Zappos offering free shipping both ways for returns/exchanges, but I feel uncomfortable going back to the UPS store so often to return items.

I found these shoes to be very attractive and similar to an old pair of Keen presidio shoes that I have. However, I am returning these because there is a design flaw that makes them VERY uncomfortable! Inside the back of the heel there is a seam that faces downward so that with every step, my heel rubs on the rough edge of the seam.

These shoes are nothing like the previous Presidios. They were too small and the insole wasn't good for me. I already sent them back.

Love the look but the fit was off. The back of the shoe does not fit snug around the heal allowing for movement and blisters. I’ve ordered the Presidio 1 and hopefully that will be better.

I loved the look of these shoes and they felt great when I put them on. However, when I started walking they heel slipped terribly. It felt like they were going to fall off. So I ordered a half size down. Major difference in the half size. The shoe was A LOT tighter, but the heel still slipped. Unfortunately I had to return. It's a shame because I really liked the look of these.

I liked this shoe a lot. Overall, it was the more comfortable of the two I ordered, and it looks very nice. But it’s simply too long in the heel, and slipped too much. I could tell after just a few steps that it would rub my heels raw in short order. A half size down might have helped with the length, but would then have been too narrow. I am disappointed to be sending it back. Keens used to be perfect for me right out of the box, but I think for my next pair, I’ll have to look at other brands. They’ve become inconsistently sized and less reliable.

Wow. What has happened to Keen sizing?? I always wear an 8-1/2 and have had these shoes before. These aren’t 8-1/2. My toe went clear to the end and they felt really narrow. I don’t really know if they were comfortable or not because I just wanted to get them off my feet. I’m not in the mood to hassle with the back and forth of trying to find my new “keen” size. What’s the deal?

Loved the winetasting/peppercorn color but these shoes were not comfortable. I wanted to love them but could not.

Good looking shoe, but the quality is far less than my previous Presidios.

Love style and color, but the upper material was too stiff for my crossover toes.

These shoes were to replace my old pair from many years ago. I preferred the old style and support. They are going back because the right foot appears to be a half size too small!

I've been wearing Keens for years (Toyah, Presidio and Kaci) and these Presidio II are way too small (the Presidios are now too small too) I tried a half size bigger and they are still too tight. They are also narrower than what I'm used to in Keens. Very disappointing. The only good thing about them is they finally brought back the awesome insoles that used to come in these shoes. But I'm going to have to return them because they are still too tight and I think going a size bigger will be too long.

VERY STIFF!

This would have been my 4th pair of Keens however, these shoes do not have the width or length of the other size 39 Keen oxfords that I have had. Have to return them......I really needed a new pair too!

Keen Presidio II Black Womens 10.5. Better than regular Presidios - not quiet as clownish looking and more comfortable. Left foot has insole flaw. These have harder insoles than Presidios. These are going back; I will keep trying Keens, but for this type and color, I'll stick with Allbirds.

I love Keens They are sturdy shoes that last Not over priced

The photographer did an excellent job highlighting the attributes of this shoe. When compared to the picture, these shoes are more orthopedic looking ( than sporty ). I returned them but will likely continue to buy their sandals.
