As one reviewer mentioned, the heel in this shoe is not narrow. I had to return.

I ordered 9.5 first and felt too short. Reordered a 10 and it is loose all over. Not a good fit for me.

The fit was a bit tight on the toes yet my heel slipped out. I could not walk comfortably in them. Otherwise, they seem sturdy and okay. I decided to keep the Keen's Venice 2 which fit me very well and are good for walking.

I have worn Keens for years but this shoe was sized different. The toe box was small and the heel slipped. Returning them for another style of Keen.

I have worn several pair of Keens and love the wide toe box. This is my second pair of Presidio II. The heel on the R shoe was too big but I added a "heel grip" from the drugstore and it filled the small gap pretty well. I like the longer length shoelaces, and the design is slightly less clunky than the original Presidio. Overall satisfied.

They fit true to size and have really good support. These are my third pair for work. They help preserve my poor feet! I highly recommend. Not the cutest, but very comfortable.

I so want to like Keen's! I love the style, the look and even the feel - until I start walking. My toes always hit that rubber toe on the upper part of the shoe and annoys me. Too bad, these were really cute!

Over the past 8 years or so, I have owned several pairs of Keen Presidios in various colors, and I have always found them to be the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I'm wishing I bought a supply to keep stashed away, now that the original Presidio is available only in a couple of colors (and I'm guessing being discontinued and replaced with the Presidio II). Unfortunately, I'm a lot less fond of this new replacement. Bottom line: they look and feel narrower. For me, they're not unwearably narrow, just not as out-of-the-box comfortable as the old style. I followed the suggestion of some other reviewers and ordered my regular Keen size, plus a size up to compare, but for me the larger size just felt like a shoe that was too narrow AND too long. Since they are still fairly comfortable and I really do like the look, I'm keeping this pair to see if the leather stretches over time. Keen, why fix something that's not broken??

The shoe fit very well as expected, was fairly comfortable, and I loved the style as a casual shoe. Unfortunately, I was looking for a shoe that I could walk many miles (over 5) day after day, and this shoe did not have enough cushion and overall comfort for me. Instead I chose the Brooks Addiction Walker.

I thought it was a cute shoe but it was too wide for me. The laces were oddly long and did not seem like they would stay tied

I can usually wear an 8 or 8.5. I went with the 8.5 on this shoe and it fits very nice. I wore them right out of the box and no blisters! Very comfy!

The fit was fine, unfortunately, the area that crosses over my big toe joint is too stiff and causes my big toe to dislocate just putting it on. A very rare issue for most people, but this causes most shoes to be a no go for me. This shoe fit well with my flat arches. The shoe is heavy and stiff. My best fitting shoe is a Keen sandal "Rose", but most Keens [this one too] do not work well for me.

This color is the nicest and hard to find, a great Pacific Northwest style. However, too long and too wide even with heavy hiking socks.

I love Keen and have been wearing them for over 10 years, my favorite are the discontinued Toyah, I had the original Presidio and the Mesh Presidio and all have fit perfectly. This model felt slightly narrow across the top of the toes, mainly on top of the big toe bone, maybe it's the stitching in that area, because loosening the laces didn't help, I was concerned it would rub on the top of my foot, so I had to return them. I'm extremely disappointed since Keen has been my go-to shoe for work and I've never had a problem with the toe area being too tight, they are known for the wide toe box, so I hope they aren't changing that.

I have loved the Keen Presidio shoes, in fact, I own about 10 pairs in different colors. I chose this one because it looked a little different from the others and is cute. I would say it is not quite as wide as I would like and it feels a bit less comfortable because the insole has less padding than the regular Presidio. I do like them, and would recommend them. Great quality shoe, I love Keen, it's about all I wear anymore.

I had the original Keen shoes like this that lasted 20 years! They were the most comfortable shoes for everything! I always wore them in the kitchen when I was cooking all day. I also wore them in my nursing job where I walk all day, and I am on my feet. They provided such great back support and foot comfort for me. Sadly, these new ones are not cutting it. The styling is very nice. But the shoes feel thinner when I put them on. The foot support and comfort is not there for me. They do nothing for my back, and I will have to return them. I read others reviews, and I see others felt the same way. I do not think these shoes are made by the same manufacturer anymore. They feel cheaper, unfortunately….and they are not inexpensive shoes. The styling of this model is nice. I don’t like the other presidios that look like a baseball, with all the stitching. Maybe they are more comfortable, but I won’t be checking to see. I wish I could find a great comfortable shoe with cushioning and foot and back support like the old Keens used to be!

The right shoe is too small even though I ordered a half size bigger. I’m thinking of giving them to goodwill and finding something else. Big waste of money

Heel slips due to slippery texture on back of shoe

I have worn this style of shoe by Keen for years. I am SO disappointed with the down grading of the quality of the interior foot bed material. The foot bed material is now a piece of foam with no arch support. Previously, the foot bed was leather with a great built in arch and always out wore the rest of the shoe. The Keen Customer Service has just told me that they no longer use the leather. I am forced to use my old foot beds in my new shoes. ugh! Another example of down grading of quality but an increase in price.

I recently started wearing custom orthotics. I was able to fit them inside however this style seems to have changed. Minimal cushioning and arch support. Bummer!

Not comfortable. Very stiff

nice shoe, but the toe box is narrower than the Presidio and pushes my big toe inward;. what a shame since for me the reason for wearing Keen is for the wide toe box

Had to return this pair of Keens as a 7.5 was too large and slipping off in back.

Shoe too stiff through the sole. The tongue rubbed uncomfortably against my shin. Swing and a miss, Keen, which is too bad because I own a few pairs of your other styles and adore them.
