Magnetic opening on outside difficult to open. Do not like design of inside pockets as well as in previous Vera Bradley handbags. Miss outside pockets on ends for glasses.

I like it ok, but it is really too big for me, i should have looked in store first and probable found a smaller bag. But with covid my lifestyle has changed and have not been in stores for a year. No fault of Vera s bags it is well maid just bigger than i really like is all

Love the purse except the zipper doesn't zip good

I use my purse daily and it is the first one I purchased, a friend gave me her old one that I loved. The zipper sticks an it is the main zipper. I probably won't buy another one like this. The zipper has improved so I'll see! The print is very pretty. I like the adjustable shoulder strap.

Love the pattern, but the size is quite a bit larger than I expected. Also, the hook to change the handles is a little hard to put on and off.

I love Vera Bradley's prints and products. The zipper on this Carson Shoulder bag, though, is of inferior quality. The zipper sticks and is rough to use.

I like the color and pattern. It could use the end pockets for cell phones or packs of Kleenex. I wish it was bigger like the Plenty of Pockets design that you apparently don't manufacture anymore. I will use it for awhile but not everyday.

I love the pattern and the fact that it has two straps. I would have given it a 5 start if the purse had more structure to it. When it has some weight inside, the sides kind of fold in creating a round bag. It is like a football when your carry it, causing it to be very bulky.

I bought this purse in Lilac Medallion and received a bazillion compliments on it. I have the matching wallet and makeup bag, tote, etc. LOVE the print. Best print Vera ever made. The setup of the purse fits the turnbuckle wallet and small cosmetic bag easily. The purse itself was excellent. It is/was a dream to carry on my shoulder with the wide band. Alas, the metal on the strap holding holding the clip just snapped off. Impossible to fix and cannot order a replacement. The long strap is too skinny and long for my preference. I feel pretty sad that I cannot use the wide strap. I will end up going to a hardware store to try to get a metal buckle that might hook on to both ends........wish me luck. Won't say much for Vera Quality....I'm hoping I can find something that will hook it on.......

While I love the pattern.... Wildflower Paisley and the size and style of this bag.... the zipper is the worst of the more than 200 Veras that I own. Much more cheaply made than some of my older bags! That goes for the lining as well. Sure do miss the quality quilting that used to be Vera! Zipper sticks and is a pain to use! Also the short strap is a shiny seatbelt type material... catches and runs! Not happy with this bag!

I love the pattern of my Carson Shoulder Bag and think the interchangeable straps are great, along with the length of the adjustable strap. The only problems I have encountered are the two interior slip pockets being too small and the snap on the front that's difficult to open. I am concerned that the snap will not last very long. I do wish this bag was a little bigger so I could carry more but have learned that downsizing isn't always that bad.

Nice bag good size but would like if it had more compartments.

The color in the picture appeared to be navy/white. I was very disappointed that it was navy/light blue. It was a gift and I'm not sending it back but was not pleased with the color.

I was happy to see another medium sized bag, but I did not like the metal zipper. So I returned the bag.

The purse is too small. I looked at your other purses in one if your stores and they are all too small. You need to make a LARGE purse and not use a silver zipper that shows It spoils the look of the whole purse. I kept it anyway just because I liked the pattern and will carry less things. First time I have been disappointed in a Vera Bradley product. Work on a larger purse.

Little disappointed in this bag. It wants to more or less fold into itself. I just prefer bags that hold their shape either full or empty. I think it would also have been nicer to have leather handles at least the shorter one.

Bag was nice but too small for me. It was returned.

Poor design related to the short strap. The lobster claw clasps on the short strap are too small to easily go through the leather trimmed grommet to attach to the bag. The short strap is also too wide and will not stay on your shoulder and it makes the bag look like a diaper bag. I would send it back if it hadn't been on sale already but sorry I used my birthday reward on it. I would not recommend it if you're looking for a shoulder bag; it's ok if all you want is a crossbody bag.

I'm giving it a 2 rather than a 1 because I like the pattern, Holland Garden, so much. My problems with it are: 1. The bag smells. 2. I thought it would be a replacement for the Cargo Sling, the best bag ever, but it's not. It's smaller than the Cargo Sling. 3. The inside pockets are so tiny I can't fit a checkbook cover or daily calendar into them; thus they're useless to me. 4. The inner lining isn't cotton and looks and feels cheap. 5. The back outside pocket is useless since it doesn't zip closed. 6. Front outside flap snap isn't sewn directly onto bag but, rather, onto a cheap-looking piece of plastic. I could go on, but won't.

Gift for daughter

This is an average, everyday use handbag. The color is dark and loud, the inside material is cheap plastic, VB needs to go back to a cloth interior, a wider strap would help. Also, the zipper should match the handbag, no cheap metal.

Dislike that i have to use 2 hands to undo the flap. The magnet is placed on a piece of plastic which is not stable but moves when trying to open the flap. Like the colors. Size is good.

I'm so disappointed. The quality of Vera Bradley bags has gone way downhill. I was shocked when I received this bag to find cheap plastic tabs on the top of the bag for the straps to attach to. Trim was in cheap plastic, not cotton cording. A super ugly wide cheap zipper closed the top of purse. The inside of the purse is no longer quilted material, but a cheap synthetic fabric. And it's ugly. The bottoms of any purse, bag or duffel, or tote no longer have a stiff insert in the bottom. So all bags are shapeless and look sloppy. The VB products are now cheapened up. They are no longer a mark of excellence and style. They are ugly.

Use it for every day. Disappointed it was to small.

I love this bag however was so disappointed to see the pleather parts wear out. I had received the bag as a gift and after only using it for 1.5 months, the I noticed the zipper handle and some of the pleather pieces wearing out.
