This bag is really nice and I love the removable shoulder and/or crossbody straps! What I don't like is how the snap is attached on the outside of the bag that the outer flap (over the two outside slip in pockets) snaps to. The snap is poorly attached and it will eventually break/tear away from the bag itself and you won't be able to snap the flap shut anymore. Disappointed in that. Takes two hand to unsnap the flap unless you want to put undue pressure on the snap, thus ensuring it will rip off the bag even sooner. Otherwise, I like the bag.

This is such a sweet bag! It's great for carrying most of what I need, including having enough space for me to throw in a book. I've also been searching for a bag with these kind of straps - the thick shoulder strap is perfect since thin straps just slide off my shoulder; the adjustable strap is also going to be incredibly helpful when I travel this summer, since I like crossbody when I'm abroad as a safety measure. I got it in Water Bouquet, which has such a summery feel. Great purchase!

Never thought I would be a Vera Bradley woman, but enjoying the bag with all its pockets and space in the bag itself - always carry more than I need and there is room for everything.

I love this style! Love the versatility of the two straps. Bought in Water Bouquet, very pretty pattern. The only thing I would change is the zipper. I like the smaller zippers that don't scratch. But overall, very happy with my purchase!

This is my third bag in this style. It's my favorite! And I love the floral patterns.

I carry this purse daily to work and running errands. The 2 straps are awesome because you can change it to fit your needs. When im shopping or traveling i can use the crossbody strap. I would like the main compartment to be a little more roomy, though.

A gift for myself. I love Vera Bradley purses especially those we compartments galore. This style could offer a couple more. Compartments are great for organizing and keeping things easy to find.

I have the Falling Flowers color for this purse. This is a great bag and you can get everything you need in it and without it feeling too heavy or bulky. I can even can even carry my iPad in my purse with me! The only thing I would change is the long pocket on the outside. I think that it would be better if if it were divided in half like the pockets on the other side. When I put something in there, it's hard to keep the stuff neat; it's always falling over. That pocket doesn't even make a good phone pocket as there is no flap to protect it from the rain. And man, can we get rain in Florida! I have a trip coming up in September and I just need to get a brighter color by then. Hopefully sooner! ??

I really like my new Carson bag from Vera Bradley. There are plenty of compartments, strap length is good, color is great. I would recommend it to others who are interested but unsure.

The larger strap should be thicker based on the fact that it is a larger crossbody. The magnetic closure is wonderful but the magnets are too strong! The zipper is awesome but I have cut myself 3 times on it. It's very very sharp. The size of the back pocket is great but I would have preferred a zippers closure instead of a snap. Make a few changes and I would buy one in every pattern

Use as purse. Size is good. Magnet on flap too strong for easy access to pockets. Zipper not good. Had to ask for another one before leaving store. When opened to end of zipper, it got stuck because tooth was bent up a little. Watched clerk put on display for sale again. Not good.

It is just the right size. The only thing I would change is the width of the zipper opening top. But it isn't really a problem, and I would buy this again.

My only complaints, the snap magnet is so strong, that I have to really pull on it to get it to open. The leather is starting to tear away......And second, the pocket for a charger is so narrow that none of mine fit. I am not going to buy another charger. Otherwise, I love this purse.

I love the new patterns! I bought this (and other items) in lilac medallion...love love love the pattern. This purse is a cross between the double zip mailbag and carry all crossbody. The front snap is a little different, but I haven't had a problem yet. I have a purse organizer in mine, so it does seem to be rounder, but I like the room this purse gives you. I wanted a shorter bag (than the double zip) because I'm only 5 ft. In some reviews it says this bags sags, it kind of does, but i think it's due to the heavier grommets for the second strap, and it's not a problem for me. I like the 2 options of the straps! I bought the new deluxe all together crossbody (wallet), it fits great in this bag, so I have a purse that holds EVERYTHING, and I can take my big wallet out if I don't want to carry my purse. I like the flap over the front 2 pockets, it keeps items from falling out. I like the snap closure pocket in back for quick access. Yes I do feel the quality of material is not what it used to be, and the price a bit high...but I knew that going in to this purchase. I am overall very please with my purchase, you will be too!

Bought this bag because I love the double zip mailbag! Those front pockets are SOOOO functional! But returned it due to the snap closure... please go back to the hidden double magnet like the mailbag please, and i will TOTALLY buy one ... in leather even!! I do LOVE the interchangeable shoulder strap, genius Vera Bradley!!!

this bag in the lilac medallion is just beautiful i am not happy with the front snap under the flap it is going to pull off soon from what i can see the bag could be a little bigger also one thing i am impressed with is the zipper, it is the easiest, nicest zipper of all my vera bags and i have about 100

I carried the bag for a few days. After only filling it to about 70 percent capacity, the bag felt very round as if I placed a partially deflated ball in it. Too round for me....I like a more formed bag. I returned it and got the Carson in canvas material instead which I will be taking for a test drive this weekend.

I wish I could love this bag as much as I love the sunflowers! It is a great bag. But it is sooooo big! I looked at the measurements and even watched the video before I ordered the bag. It did not look this big on the website or on the model showing the bag. I will keep the bag for those times when I have my grandkids with me and I need to take along extra clothes, snacks, toys, wipes, etc. This bag is more the size of a small diaper bag than a purse. I can also use this when I go shopping and need to take along patterns and fabric to match a project on which I am working. As an everyday purse? I have to have something smaller.

I didn't expect it to be so big. I am most definitely returning. The picture and dimensions don't do it justice. Liked the smaller version better.

I love my first Carson but I wish it came in Hope Blooms, the grey or pink! I wish that all the patters were available for all the bag designs.

Decent bag, wasn't sure I was going to keep it because it's a little bigger than I anticipated, but overall - the size turned out being good. I get lots of compliments on it even though it's a little 'busy' for me. Comes with a solid color short strap that I haven't tried yet. I like being able to convert the existing strap from long (for crossbody) to short (handbag).

I was personally disappointed with the Cason bag NOT due to its craftsmanship or fabric pattern but rather by its limited size and zipper opening length. It is, unfortunately, too small for my daily needs and hasn't been used for this reason. It is very much as my previous VB bag however the openings differ by 5. For this reason, I limit its rating.
