I found my perfect size and perfect brand. Thanks to Zappos for the ease and convenience intrying several pairs until the perfect one came around. Great basic shoe and color. Purchased for attending upcoming high school graduation and believe it would be a good shoe for several outfits on that trip.

Beautiful and classic style and it fit perfectly!!! I bought them for work. Can hardly wait to search for my next pair.

A well constructed, beautiful shoe. I ordered my usual size and could barely get my foot in the shoe. Both length and width too small. Shoe looks very comfortable but sizing is off.

My first pair the left toe had a dent in it. I called customer service, they gave me a instant refund, then applied the gift card to the new shoes. They made it right. I sent the other shoes back UPS fully prepaid by Zappos. The shoes are comfortable, their were slightly bigger than my size. I had to put ball of foot shoe inserts in them and heel strips in the back of the heels to take up that extra space. The wide width was perfect. I love the way the shoes look, very professional for my line of work.

These are amazingly soft & comfy. I bought them to wear to a special event. I may buy another pair in another color.

I had been wanting a SAS pump that was a true navy blue. I ordered 7W and used a shoe stretcher to stretch the toe box in one of the shoes so that it would accommodate a dorsal bunion. I like SAS dress shoes because their quiet soles have tread, which makes it possible to walk quietly and without fear of slipping in a church, concert hall, etc.

Very nice office pump! Perfect comfort right out of the box. Bought this in navy. Very stable and comfortable low heel, nice cushioning inside, some flex in the sole and no slipping or wobbling. I am almost always a 10M although occasionally a 10.5. I ordered both 10 and 10.5 and the 10 fit (10.5 slipped off at the heel). Great quality leather upper and lining, and durable non-slip rubber sole and heel. Made in the USA and built to last. I prefer to wear birks or sneakers but must wear dress shoes at work. While I am usually disappointed in the comfort of pumps, these were perfectly comfortable with no pain or pinching in the toes. Wore them all day the first time I put them on. I like how the style is very basic which allows me to make my office fashion statement with other aspects of my outfit. I will buy this style again in other colors. Worth the money without question!

Very comfortable! I was pleased. Not good-looking out of the box -- I almost returned them without trying them on! But I'm glad that I did try them on b/c they were very comfortable and looked much better on than in my hand. I haven't yet walked all day with them, but they seem promising.

I have large, hard to fit feet due to a moderate bunion on one foot. I need a new pair of dress shoes and hoped these would be the ones. I tried three different sizes but unfortunately none of them were quite right. Due to sad experience of buying expensive shoes that hurt, I won’t buy shoes unless they feel good out of the box. Returning these, sadly.

My second pair of these in a different color. Love SAS - comfortable, true to fit - has 10 1/2 W which is hard to find! Nice moderate heel for work

A lovely aroma of leather, the kind a quality shoe store had back in the day was the first thing I noticed when I opened the box. These are high quality good leather shoes. I'm very impressed with the craftsmanship. They don't have as much arch support as i'd like but I'm wearing them to the office, not to walk miles so they'll be okay. the insole is removable so I could try an insert with better arch support. I have such a hard time finding acceptable shoes for the office - these are a great find! And made in the USA!

Wide and WW both hurt my bad toe. I would recommend these if you are looking for comfortable, attractive shoes with a walkable heal (not if you're toe needs surgery)

I have a wider forefoot due to bunions. I ordered my usual 8w and found they covered the bunion area well but were quite tight in the toebox, while slipping in the heel. I might try again in a ww, but the heel could be a dealbreaker.

Too big for me. Nice material and design

Nice looking shoe, but not my style. I’m in my 60s but I don’t want to dress like my grandmother, I like the lower heel but not the rubber looking heel or the cut of the front of the shoe.

Nice shoe but a little tight for my feet. They would be comfortable and supportive if not too tight. I where an 11 and ordered an 11.

I really like the style of this pump, especially the pretty heel shape. For troubled feet like mine, there are very few pumps I can wear. Only problem is that I wear a standard size 8 medium from just about every other maker, but this one was tight on me. I'll have to decide whether to try a half size (whole size?) up or not.
