Very comfortable and well made. I felt dowdy in them though.

These are definitely my favorite sandal for comfort ALL day long.

So I am on my feet many hours a day. I usually wear a higher heel and switch to flats. I was hoping to have one pair. The heel is low so my feet are good. I ordered medium width and the are a little snug but look nice. Overall they are great. Don’t look as good as a higher heel but comfort is getting pretty important right now

Beautiful shoe. Well-made, stylish, and comfortable after a bit of breaking in. I would highly recommend this style.

These shoes are comfortable and easy to stand and walk in. I love the color and quality of materials. They cost a bit more than I wanted to pay, but are worth it if I can wear them for extended periods and walk with confidence.

Well, after two and a half years of wearing slippers and sneakers during the 2020 pandemic It was a GREAT pleasure to find a leather pump with moderate heel height that I could walk in without walking like a chicken!! SAS Milano is very comfortable. I would have liked a better design joining of the heel to the shoe base. It looks a little contrived. Overall, Milano is a helpful transition to dressing-up again.

This shoe is comfortable and perfect for work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a heel that is comfortable and dressy for the workplace.

Just about the most comfortable dress shoe I have ever had. The length and wide seem true for me. They are wide enough in the toe and fit snugly in the heel. This fit along with the fact that they are cut in the toes to come farther upon the foot than most shoes, keeps them from flopping around on your foot. You don't have to worry about them trying to come off as you walk.

These are beautiful and comfortable shoes. My shoe size is usually 8 W to 8.5 W, and the 8.5 W I ordered was too big, so I'm exchanging for an 8 W. I'm hoping I can find the right size because they're lovely!

Fit is great. I like that this comes in a wide width. The arch support is really good.

Normally I wear 8 !/2 W. With these (after 2 returns) I found 7 1/2 fit best.

I have been searching for a dress pump that is comfortable for years! I have found it! I have many issues with my feet and could never find a dress shoe that is comfortable and supportive. This shoe fits true to size and has good arch support and cushioning. The very first time I wore them was to a wedding where I was on my feet for 5 hours. Very comfortable and no need to take them off. Also nice, they make a size 10.5 which was exactly the size I needed! I gave it only 4 stars for style because I’m not a fan of the elastic edging around the opening of the shoe. Not a deal breaker. Overall I love them.

I love this shoe. I think it looks professional, and out of three pairs of shoes - two different brands, this was the most comfortable once I slipped my foot into the shoe. It must be popular because I’m trying to order a half size larger, 10.5WW and Zappos is sold out in all colors!

The overall fit is good, if very tight. However, if I want shoes to stay on my narrow feet, they have to fit tightly.

My feet have been getting larger with age--post menopause, and I usually get a 11.5. This 11W is actually roomy. That is fine, as feet swell at times. I would rather have it a tat loose, and perhaps place a very small heel pad in, than too small. These are very comfortable, and I perceive that I will be able to walk miles without being aware of my feet. I just had surgery for one hammertoe, and believe me: One is not aware of feet at all...until they hurt!

It’s rare that I put a pair of pumps on and feel so comfortable in them the very first time. These pumps are so comfortable I didn’t want to take them off, seriously! They appear to be very well made and stylish. I’m making an effort to wear lower heels due to the strain higher heels put on one’s feet and ankles. These will do well.

Great fit and very comfortable for a wide foot

Unfortunately, I have hard-to-fit feet. The top was too tight, not enough room in the toe box, but the shoe was too long as well. I don't feel like sizing down or going wider will help so I returned them. The shoe is well-made, however, just didn't work for me. Thank you, Zappos for easy returns and smaller boxes. : )
