The length was fine but the width was not good on top of the foot above the toes. I like them and am having them stretched to fix them.

I’ve only worn one day thus far. As this was the “break in” day I can say it was a smudge tight feeling but I am hoping this lessens as the shoe stretches with wear in which case it will be perfect.

These shoes were beautifully made and so soft I wish I could have kept them but even though the toe box was a perfect fit the heel slipped too much.

The shoes were a little too conservative looking for me.

My search for a relatively comfortable pair of black pumps ended (finally!) with this pair from SAS. I have wide feet with a high arch, so shoe shopping has never been fun for me. I am a bridesmaid in three weeks and the bride asked us to wear a closed toe shoe. I have ordered and sent back 5 pairs prior to this one. These have the cushiony SAS footbed, and the WW are finally wide enough for my foot. Oddly, they don't look wide on my foot and are very attractive. I will be able to wear these for a few hours without crying.. :)

Just a bit too tight!

Overall a well made basic black shoe with a stable heel. Was looking for a shoe that would look appropriate with pants for a company in-person meeting. If I hadn't had surgery (big toe fusion) shoe would have been fine. Unfortunately, the toe box was too tight. Looks like I'm destined to wear Danskos forever!

I thought I had found the perfect she. Like the rubber sole and style. Too narrow, pinched my toes.

This is a nice shoe but for me it was too loose around the heel. Padding strips did not work for me. I am returning it.

This is a nice basic pump. There is decent padding inside which is very important to me. Unfortunately it did not fit my hard to please feet. I need an 11 for the length of my larger left foot but my heel came out as I walked. And I could not keep the right shoe in my foot at all. So I would call it a roomy 11.

since my feet are misshapen due to bunions, I had to gently stretch the area over the bunions to make room for them but that was easy to do.

These shoes are beautiful but my foot feels stuffed in the shoe. The instep should be higher and it should be a tad longer.Zappos is sold out in the next size up, 10.5WW, so I’m ordering to try out. If they work, I’ll buy all colors from Zappos once they restock. The arch support feels great.

I really liked the style and color. I ordered a narrow size and when I tried them on they were definely not a narrow. I had ordered another pair in a different color and same size and they fit perfect , same style ,different color and sure fit different.

Those of us with wide feet and need for arch support are so pleased to see a thoughtful, well made shoe like this. Fits well and comfortable.

I feel too young to have to need a shoe like this, but after back surgery and foot surgery, plantar fasciitis and nerve damage in my foot and leg, here we are. Admittedly, the style was just okay for me. I wanted a neutral, more of a nude color. In trying it on, I can 100% assure you that it's comfortable, however with my feet being just a bit wider than M width, these felt WAY too narrow for me. I normally wear 8.5W (C), mostly because my broken foot healed wider than before. I utilized Zappos excellent return policy because they are out of stock in the wide size I need to try. I'll keep looking and trying because I deserve a nice shoe I can feel confident and pretty while wearing, and so do you!

Don't understand the cloth/tape that surrounds the opening of the shoe; Would have kept them if I could have gotten accustomed to that because I have plantar fasciitis..

I have bunions and need comfortable shoes. The box of the shoe does not pinch and it is a nice, simple dress shoe. I do have narrow heels but a small heel cushion perfectly takes care of that for me. I am happy with my purchase and find Zappos' service exceptional.

These shoes fit OK in the front but my heel slipped out of them with each step. I am returning them as they just were not comfortable.

Excellent fit and very comfortable. I’m a big fan of the fit of SAS, but I didn’t love the style of these pumps. A little too matronly. I know that SAS are my primarily my grandma’s brand, and I keep hoping to find something with a nicer style — but these weren’t it. That said, I would not have been able to get through my pregnancy without the infamous SAS tri-footbed and adjustable Velcro straps. Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, hugely swollen feet notwithstanding. Thank you SAS. I will eventually get completely on board with how the shoes look, but I’m not there yet.

The fit and size was good. However, I have one foot that is larger than the other, sonic could have used a 12WW on one foot and an 11WW on the other. Overall they were perfect.

The I really wanted to love these shoes. The style is perfect and should be very comfortable. The toe box was simply too small for me, even after trying different sizes (thank you Zappos). I am sure these will be perfect for someone else, it just didn't work.

I normally wear a sz. 10 in most shoes, however I've never ordered WW. Way too big - width and length. Felt that the quality was good - though a little plain in appearance.
