These are the most comfortable sneakers I have put on my feet in a LONG time.

This is my 5th pair of 840's and I love them. I need a neutral shoes that is stable for walking on rocky/uneven ground and also good enough for everyday wear. These fit the bill. They have a wide toe box (which I need) and come in extra wide.

True to size and I have plantar fasciitis and they're like walking on air my podiatrist recommended these and I thank him all of the time. I recommend and I will buy again

I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet from working in a hospital for years. My podiatrist recommended I only wear New Balance shoes. I recently bought 2 new pairs. One pair I only wear indoors. This 840v4 I wear on my walks or when just out and about. They are very comfortable and good looking, too. This is my 2nd pair of 840v. I will continue to buy them because they give great support and comfort.

Great looking shoe, but more importantly, comfortable. I do have an orthotic which fits nicely into this shoe and also there is room in the toebox of this shoe.

I was given only a couple of style numbers that would work with my issues by my doctor. This was a winner. Surprised how much I liked the shoe as I love my little flats and am not enjoying have this ugly boot.

Love these. I don't like ads on my clothing or shoes. My feet are difficukt find It. Most shoe companies have limited styles and colors for my size. These can be worn for work, shopping or play.

My New Balance fit my long, narrow feet perfectly. Very comfortable walking. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Love these shoes. Great for wide size with a wide tie box. Tried many shoes. Best fit for me walking.

I went to the Scottsdale New Balance store to exchange a woman's shoe I had purchased online. The salesman measured my foot and I tried on a smaller size. It wasn't wide enough. The salesman then brought out the same shoe in a mens. The shoe fit perfectly and was so comfortable. I love the shoe because it is lightweight and vented. I wear a neutral fit shoe and the 840 fit the bill! Very comfortable and supportive. I will always come back to the store in Scottsdale because they know how to fit a shoe to a foot!! I have very wide feet and a high arches and finally I have found a professional that knows what he is doing!!

My wife loves the fit and comfort of this shoe. She has had several versions over the years.

These are great so far. I wear a wide and they are nice and roomy. I haven't put my orthotics in them yet but i know when i do they will be even more comfortable.

good size toe box - high enough and wide enough. Doesn't cramp your toes. very comfortable sneakers. Use for walking

These shoes have great support and come in narrow width. They fit me perfect! I just ordered an additional pair exactly the same as I also like the color.

I called New Balance to get a recommendation on a shoe that would work for my job (where I'm on my feet 7-8 hours per day) but also allow my feet to not overhead during hot summer days. I spoke with Kayla and she had a few recommendations but these were the ones she thought I'd like best. I am so happy with them! I got a wide width & they have just the right size toe box. They are incredibly comfortable for standing & walking & the venting seems like it will work well for the warmer weather. Thank you Kayla & New Balance!

I need a wide toe box, and these work well with my orthotics. No foot pain!

This is my second pair! I love the room in the toebox as I have bunions. I wear them for walks and jogging.They last longer than other brands I have tried.
