Cute shoe, however very plain and although they fit true to size, they are very wide and gapped on my foot when I walked.. thus, they are going back. I do not have especially narrow feet in any way- so I would say this shoe runs very wide. Not much arch support either. Thank you Zappos for making returns so easy!

Fit narrower than expected for a wide--the trim around the top cut into my foot.

I have bunions, so it's hard to find the right shoe. This shoe cut across the top of my big toe, so I had to return them.

Gorgeous color, nice footbed and sole, but the shape of the shoe doesn't work with my narrow feet. They gap widely with every step, so much so that they don't feel secure, even though the length is good. (I'm usually an 8.5 or 9, 40 European, and I ordered 8.5 in this.)

Well unfortunately I don't think I will be buying anymore Clark's. The last two pairs I've gotten are too narrow at the heel. And they bow out on the sides. Very disappointing! These shoes were long enough and wide enough at the toe but not on the sides near the heel.

They fit and feel fine. The black calf looks good, and I would buy another pair if they were ever available in my size. I jumped at the chance to get the other colors, only to find that they have an odd shiny surface that I do not find attractive. Just a plain (nubuck or calf) surface would be preferable. The shiny effect makes them look like they are made of an artificial material.

These shows are plain black flats, there’s nothing that stands out about them. They are fairly comfortable except for the front tie part which feels tight on the top of my foot and left me marks, they’ve started to loosen a bit so I’m sure in Tim that won’t be an issue. The other odd thing I noticed is that they gap quite a bit on the sides which makes them feel like your foot could slip out.

Great shoe, but it fit my mom, whose foot is a full size larger.

I normally wear size 9M, and that is what I ordered. They fit fine, and felt quite comfortable, but they had gaps around the sides of the foot, as another reviewer mentioned. I found that rather unsightly. As for ordering a size smaller, I do not think that would work for me since the ones I ordered fit well otherwise. I had to return them - thank you, Zappos!

I usually like Clarks but these were just not right on my foot somehow. They gaped open on the sides when I walked. They seemed to be a good width but there was that gaping problem. Unfortunately, I'm sending them back.

My usual size is 9.5 medium in flats and I have been looking for a navy ballet flat for weeks with no success. I ordered several different brands from Zappos because they have a great selection and returns are easy and fast. I finally gave up until I was out of town and went into a Clarks store in a mall and saw the Gracelin Mara in a wine color and tried it on. I didn't need wine but wanted to see if it would fit me. The 9.5 was too large so I thought a 9 M would work. When I looked up the shoes on Zappos they had 9M in the navy nubuck. The shoe appeared to be well made when it arrived and I loved the nubuck because it was soft. The problem was that there was almost no padding under the ball of my feet which made walking in the shoe uncomfortable. In addition, it was too wide in the toe area even though the shoe was a half size smaller than my usual fit. I have given up my search for a navy ballet flat and will just stick with black, gray and metallic flats instead. Thank you Zappos for helping me with this futile search.

I really wanted to love these but not only were they a size to big but flared out on the sides and when I attempted to step forward while trying them on that gap was HUGE. These will definitely be returned.

I wear a size 6 in most every brand of shoe I own (Ecco, onitsuka tiger, new balance, toms, etc). These were gigantically oversized for a size 6. Would have liked to try a 5 because they are quite cute and felt like they’d be comfortable but unfortunately did not go any smaller.

I did not care for the purple color. Not comfy on my wide foot either.
