Once they were broken in they were very comfortable, but they smell awful no matter what I do! The smell is strong enough that it's escaping my closet.

They felt comfortable but were too long.

This was a gracefully designed shoe that at first fit well; however after wearing them awhile in house did not give me enough arch support. Have to return.

Shoe felt narrower than it should have and they were sold out of the wides.

These shoes are cute in the photos but lacked something when I actually received them. I was very disappointed that a WIDE width actually felt much narrower than they should be. Sending them back.

These shoes are very comfortable, even when standing and walking a lot at work. Much more comfortable than other flats. The only problem is that they a little too wide and kind of loose. I still think they are great though and I've already worn them several times.

So wanted these lovely shoes to work! But they gapped widely at the sides, didn’t conform to my foot at all. Think they would stretch and fall off. Great suede, almost zero drop a big plus, comfy round toe box. But back they must go.

A good shoe, and will be a workhorse for everyday wear. Runs big.

I bought the navy blue pair and they are great! Very comfortable although the base of the toe area is a bit tight but I'm hoping it will stretch out over time. Love the bit of luster in the shoe color. Will wear with a navy knit dress and navy tights.

I liked the looks of these shoes but the heal felt loose. I tried walking around the house for days before I sent them back

Very comfortable nice shoes but ran a 1/2 size large. Unusual for me, I always take the same size shoes.

Order half size smaller! I usually wear a 7.5 and these were too sloppy on me, ordered in a half size smaller ad fit just fine. Thanks Zappos for allowing me to shop freely and bring in what I want to try. Love these also ordered the smooth black and for some reason the 7.5 was just fine. Love how comvy and the cushion in the footbed.

I was looking for a good neutral flat to wear with pants for work. I loved the deep plum color of this shoe (Aubergine) and the subtle shimmer. I ordered a half size smaller than my regular size 7 after reading reviews, but the 6.5 was too small. I returned for a 7 but those were a tad too big and gaped open on the sides when I walked. Otherwise these seemed like they would be comfortable if the sizing hadn’t been weird.

The Shoes were just too large, so returning them. Already have something similar in my closet, so won't be replacing them with the same shoe.

The main problem with this shoe is there is little support on the sides of the shoe. The shoes gap at the side. I went back to see other reviews and people say the same thing. A reasonable priced shoe but I had to send it back. It would be a smart adjustment to make for the company making them. They need to be sturdy on the sides. No Gapping.

This is a basic, nice style for a shoe. However, the footbed is of cheap material. The shoe is in a regular width, but it leans toward narrow (which is fine for me, but someone with a wider foot might want to know that). When I walked, the leather on the sides gapped.

The shoe was too short and too wide for me so I didn't keep them. I didn't reorder because the next size up would have been even wider.

So sad these are really wide, doesnt feel like a B width at all.

The Gracelin Mara is a cute shoe and I like the soft nubuck but it runs large and gaps a bit at the sides. Also, there should have been more padding under the ball of the foot. There was virtually none and I could feel the imprint of the sole against my foot which was very annoying. I wanted a navy ballet flat but this one just didn't work for me. I have had no luck with the fit of any Clarks shoe I've ordered so I think I need to stick with other brands.

Not cute of comfy! Stiff and blocky in appearance.
