I ordered the Clarks Graceline Mara and the Vail styles. Even though they look very similar, they didn't fit the same. I'm measured by a pedorthist as a 9.5 medium; the 9.5 medium fit as expected. There was some gapping from the arch back, and the toe box felt narrower than the Vail style... not quite the right fit for my duck feet, but close -- the heel felt good. These flats really don't have any arch support; if you're higher arched or accustomed to more support, you might be disappointed. I docked them a little for comfort because where the edge of the top of the shoe hit the top of my foot caused a bit too much pressure when I walked. It needed to come up about a quarter of an inch higher to miss my tender spot.

Unflattering and uncomfortable. Not only was there no arch support, but the arch completely went down and the heel pushed back at every step, so it would cause greater strain on your arch. Surprisingly awful shoe for Clarks. Their shoes usually look good and have support. This was a complete bust. Returned.

Love love love this shoe..very comfortable and true to size just a little wide in the middle.

After a short break-in period where they felt a little tight across the top, these shoes just molded to my feet and are my favorite flats ever. The footbed is so comfortable and cushiony, and although they are very plain they look great with everything from jeans to dresses. I wish Clarks made them in different colors, because I’d definitely buy these again over other brands of flats in my closet.

Love these shoes. Great arch support, comfortable soles. I did have to return the size 9’s that I normally wear because they were too big but the 8.5’s are perfect

I recently had ankle surgery, which made my foot swell. I was hoping to find a shoe that would work. Not the shoes fault

I got these for my granddaughter, who has a terrible time finding age appropriate shoes that fit (she's 9) and wears a women's 8W. These look cute with her clothes and are very comfortable.

I’m 28 with painful bunions. I struggle to find comfortable shoes that don’t look like they belong to my grandma. These are absolutely perfect. I stand for long hours at my job and these where comfortable all day long!

Fit my foot well and seemed like it would be comfortable. No toe cleavage. Had to return it because they were out of the other size I needed.

These are great shoes for work, even on days I'm on my feet a lot. The is my second pair. They do take a few wears to break in. Brand new the toe box is a little narrow and the rest of the shoe is a little wide, but the pair I've had for 2+ years no longer has formed to the shape of my foot.

just received these and am excited to wear them. They felt very true to size; zappo's recommended a 9.5 which is larger than usual, but the 9 fit perfectly. these are very comfortable and supportive! much better than bargain shoes.

I tried about 7 pairs of black leather flats, and this was the least expensive and most comfortable of them all. I wear them all day at the office and it feels like wearing comfy slippers.

I'm really happy with this shoe. Great fit and very comfortable. Works with a lot of outfits because of the color.

i like the styling and color of this shoe. I tried them on when I received them and they seemed fine in size and width, taking into account that after a while they might loosen a little; and after wearing them for a period of time, they seem a a little tight. Overall, they are attractive. I was looking for a darker navy but they are a nice dark blue.

Best flat I’ve found yet!

I’ve always had a hard time with flats due to having flat fee. But these shoes are the most comfortable flats I’ve ever owned. I defiantly will be buying more. Clark’s has never let me down.

Plain and simple. Just what I need. Fit is fine. No support, but that's what I expected.

I normally wear 9.5 in Clarks. Needed to exchange for a 9 which feel great. Just a bit narrow in toe area & stretched just a tad making for a custom fit. Light weight & a little less support than typical for Clarks. Ballet flats are a favorite of mine, always appropriate & make me happy!

I purchased the Aubergine ones several months back and love them -- so, I got them in Black and Navy recently, and am also pleased with them -- you know the saying "if you like it, get one in every color!"

I like these shoes so much, I have them in all three colors ! Pretty comfortable for a flat and they look great with jeans or pants.

These are so comfortable. Looking at past reviews, I ordered a 7.5 and an 8 (my reg size). They both actually fit, but the 8 felt just a tad more comfortable. The past reviews said they gape open a bit on the side. They actually do just a bit, but not enough for me to care. I am a Flight Attendant and I just needed something with a little support other than just flat ballet slippers to walk up and down the aisles all day. These are going to be really great.

Bought for work. So comfortable, padding on the heel to prevent rubbing and blisters. Does not require a break-in period, perfect right out of the box I even wore them around the house they were so comfy. Ordering another pair.

Amazingly comfortable! These are flexible, soft, beautifully simple flats. I love them! I bought the Navy to wear with my navy suits to work. I love the subtle print and sheen. Just lovely. I recommend them to anyone wanting a comfortable show that looks pretty.
