The fit and size were accurate. This shoe was painful and uncomfortable. I have a bruise on my right toe joint, and a burn on the back of my right heel from these shoes. I am returning the shoes. The right shoe may possibly be defective. I didn't have the same problems with the left shoe. Cushioning for both shoes are poor, including the insole.

Zappos is not what they used to be. These shoes arrived totally used. Completely scratched up leather and dirty bottoms with sticky grime on the soles. I tried them on regardless and they are totally uncomfortable anyways. The part touching the heel is so thin it wedges into your skin even with a thick dress sock-on. Stay away.

Terrible quality. This is the second pair I am going to have to return due to the leather on the footbed detaching.

This is my second pair in about a month. I walk a ton at wrk and on both pairs the insole fell apart within two weeks...only the black style fell apart. Very unhappy with these.

I am very dissapointed with the shoes I have purchased. It seem to me that they had been worn and scratched. Due to this reason I am returning them to you. I want to believe that that Zappos would not sell used items.

Not made correctly! Wide width would not allow foot without sock! Wides are usually almost TOO wide for me. These were tighter than regular width...... Beautiful shoes though! Hopefully just a fluke.

I was hoping that Cole Haan had fixed their issue with their soles, but apparently not. I've had these shoes for about 4.5 months and the soles look like they're about to start cracking at the ball of the foot. I only wear these to work and sit for most of the day, so there's definitely not a lot of wear and tear on them. Really disappointed in these, especially considering the price. They look great and are super comfortable, but definitely not durable.

These shoes are overpriced junk and definitely *NOT* what I have come to expect from Cole Haan throughout the years. The soles on the shoe have rubber toe and heel, but the middle is that plastic composite you see in low-end shoes. The leather on the shoes itself is extremely thin and I can't see them lasting at all. They are comfortable shoes because the major of the money on the nice leather on the inside of the shoe and it does have a comfortable foot-bed. To summarize: If you want these shoes, go to a Discount Store and get the same quality. I'm going to be returning this junk.
