THE SHOES DID NOT FIT, AND COLE HAAN REFUSED TO RETURN THEM DESPITE BEING UNWORN AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

It hurts my feet and no cushion at all.

Shoes came used. Very disappointed

Comfort level sucks. Sole is paper thin

Ordered wide not nearly a wide very narrow

I purchased 2 pairs and this pair didn't fit. I sent a message on this and never heard back. I'm needing a return label to send back for an exchange.

This is the sixth pair of these shoes that Ive bought. Same size, same design, different colour of soles and leather. Each of the previous pairs was comfortable, and I wore them every day. For some reason, this pair digs into my left ankle. It's the first pair of Cole Haan I've owned that just are uncomfortable.

Horrible fit, very narrow

These shoes are made of what felt like plastic and the colors were printed on the material. You could see the pixels. Not to mention how uncomfortable they were. Not what I have come to expect from CH. I returned them the next day.

The quality has gone downhill lately. Sad!

It rubbed a hole in the back of my foot so bad that I had to go to urgent care to get it bandaged. I wore them for one day thinking it would "break them in," turns out it just broke my foot in lol.

The shoes were very painful to wear. The worst shoes I have every bought.

These shoes did not feel luxury enough to be worthy of the Cole Haan name. Additionally, while I ordered a size 8 Wide, these were incredibly narrow. Thought I had a good value on premium shoes but was mistaken.

Way too big, even above 1/2 inch your own size.

Low quality. Cole Jan used to be a quality brand before selling some years back.

This was my 4th pair of Cole Haan shoes, and like those these were comfortable. With these he sole came apart from the leather portion of the shoe after 3 months of wearing them 2-3 times per week. These shoes cost more than many competitors but up until now they had been worth it. Not sure if mine are just defective or this is now something to expect with this shoe.

We know how CH has handled supply chain and inflation pressure, their shoes are now made of plastic, fake leather. I have ten pairs over the years and the quality of this pair is the worst by far.

Cheap quality with faux leather

I expected more quality based on my previous orders but unfortunately the quality of this one doesn't meet my wexpectations at all.

Great shoe but the material scuffs to easy. The slightest brush up against anything leaves a noticeable mark that will not rub out.

Arrived with scuff and is an off brown that looks different than the website photo. I really tried to get on board with this shade of brown but nothing goes with it.

Purchased these for my husband but one shoe squeaks when he walks. Doesn't seem to be well made
